I asked for NO onions and on the box they Wrote No onions but it was FULL of onions.I called to get my order replaced but instead of replacing it they said just get a refund.I will not go to them Again and this has not been the first time they have messed up on my order and the manager apologized and asked me to come back so he could make it Right but this other manager."

We ordered today not necessarily from this location, but your location in Georgetown and although we love the food , the containers it was delivered was tasteless. The material is very cheap considering that the price of your food isn't. Hope you change the containers and silverware in the future

Just ordered from them tonight on Uber eats and not only was my order wrong but Uber only refunded me $4 out of $28. Also they said my order came with bread and it was just chicken. They sent me a dole juice instead of the pomegranate juice. The issue here is im allergic to ingredients in the juice they sent me. View menu

Last time I was there their fume hood was not working and smoke from the grill was everywhere which burnt my eyes. Then they didn?t have fresh hot tea and they gave me almost cold tea. Which I had to return. So for a warm tea I waited a lot which wasnot reasonable. I was charged three times for making two purchases.

Terrible service. Hood is not working and the whole place is filled with smoke. The staff is incompetent and inexperienced and they cannot handle the normal flow of orders. They forgot our order after 20 minutes we had to remind them. Tea was cold andafter we complained they put the paper cups right on fire to warm it up! Check the photo.
