"I have always went to Mobydick I have always went to it. They have amazing food and amazing employees but this location of Mobydick isn’t the best to go to the manger was being rude and disrespectful to us I understand sometimes people can have hard days but I just felt disgusted and genuinely annoyed. I was very shocked of how I was treated the employees are very nice and amazing it’s just the manger who was being rude and disrespectful I didn’t like that at all and I would definitely recommend going to another location of Mobydick. There are a bunch of locations better then this one I high recommend it to go to another location and not this one it will ruin your day cause it definitely ruined mine because of the mangers attitude."

The manager is rude. I will not recommend this branch until fired.

The service at this restaurant was truly awful. The front staff were incredibly rude and despite the restaurant being empty, we waited 45 minutes for our 3 entrees.

If you have the better part of an hour come by otherwise go somewhere else. There are zero people in line and so far my order has taken 20 minutes with no end in sight. View menu

I ordered chicken and ground beef kebab combo. The chicken pieces were over done and I had to remove the burned parts myself! Also, the bread was a little mushy on the edges. The ground beef was somewhat dry as it used to be moist before.

I have been dining at this restaurant for 7 years since I was a child, and it used to be good until around 2021. Some days the kebabs are good, but other times they are overcooked. I usually order the steak and chicken or steak and ground beef. Just a heads up, don't expect the employees to be welcoming, as customer service is not a priority at this restaurant. View menu

We stopped as the House of Kabob looked unique (we don't have a kabob restaurant near our home) and one meal of chicken kabobs and other vegetarian were really good. Pita bread and side sauce is tasty, and there were plenty of veggies (spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes) in the veggie dish, and nice grilled tomatoes accompanying the yummy chicken kabob dish. There was so much rice that we easily had leftovers for the next day. Helpful human beings behind the counter who actually talked to us and gave us suggestions, thank you!

I have always been a loyal customer of Mobydick and have had great experiences with their delicious food and friendly staff. However, my recent visit to this particular location was disappointing. The service was rude and disrespectful, which left me feeling disgusted and annoyed. While I understand that everyone may have bad days, this experience was completely uncalled for. I was surprised by the lack of care shown by certain employees, as the rest of the staff was nice and amazing. I would suggest trying a different Mobydick location instead. Not only did I have to wait 35 minutes for my food, but when it finally arrived, it was not properly cooked. Despite making four orders, the portion...

"First, let me say the wine club seems like a good deal if you eat here at least once per month and like wine with your meal. They were including many free bottles of wine when they offered it to us, but we declined. We had a reservation for an early lunch and arrived on time. The restaurant was pretty much empty when we arrived, but they made us wait and seated two other parties before us even though we were there first. Then they seated us at a small booth for two. Shortly after that, they put a large party of 10 at a long table perpendicular to us. As I said, the restaurant was fairly empty. Half of the other party were kids between about 2 and 9 and all the kids were seated right beside our booth about 3 feet away. The kids, especially the two year old with a high-pitched scream, were so loud it hurt my ears. When the waitress arrived, I politely asked her a question about one of the dishes and she snapped at me for no reason. Later, she was overly friendly, probably because she realized she had been rude and wanted a tip, which she did receive. The food was fine and the portions good, though the quality has gone down hill in the last year or two as prices have risen. For example, the betty's potatoes used to be a favorite but now are just a small amount of soggy shredded potatoes swimming in a bowlful of a thin, copious sauce of questionable origin. It is mainly sauce and very little potatoes, so is not pleasant to try to eat. How can a sauce cost a restaurant less than shredded potatoes? It would be easy to improve with a little effort. I will not be ordering that again and am less inclined to eat here because of the quality differences which could just be due to the chef. We are already staying home more to be able to eat organic, GMO-free food anyway. Now if they would offer organic options or wild, I would definitely be back."
