"First, let me say the wine club seems like a good deal if you eat here at least once per month and like wine with your meal. They were including many free bottles of wine when they offered it to us, but we declined. We had a reservation for an early lunch and arrived on time. The restaurant was pretty much empty when we arrived, but they made us wait and seated two other parties before us even though we were there first. Then they seated us at a small booth for two. Shortly after that, they put a large party of 10 at a long table perpendicular to us. As I said, the restaurant was fairly empty. Half of the other party were kids between about 2 and 9 and all the kids were seated right beside our booth about 3 feet away. The kids, especially the two year old with a high-pitched scream, were so loud it hurt my ears. When the waitress arrived, I politely asked her a question about one of the dishes and she snapped at me for no reason. Later, she was overly friendly, probably because she realized she had been rude and wanted a tip, which she did receive. The food was fine and the portions good, though the quality has gone down hill in the last year or two as prices have risen. For example, the betty's potatoes used to be a favorite but now are just a small amount of soggy shredded potatoes swimming in a bowlful of a thin, copious sauce of questionable origin. It is mainly sauce and very little potatoes, so is not pleasant to try to eat. How can a sauce cost a restaurant less than shredded potatoes? It would be easy to improve with a little effort. I will not be ordering that again and am less inclined to eat here because of the quality differences which could just be due to the chef. We are already staying home more to be able to eat organic, GMO-free food anyway. Now if they would offer organic options or wild, I would definitely be back."

It was very busy night. Waitress were behind schedule. We had 1830 reservation and table wasn't ready until 1900. Bread and water took long time to get to table and food wasn't server until after 1945.

Shout out to Manager Avery, waitstaff Azella, Will! They all are the friendliest most attentive waitstaff. We are wine club members and introduced some friends to Coopers. Great wine and food. Flourless tort and raspberry truffles were fantastic. View menu

Being wine members, we look forward to going to Coopers Hawk, not sure what happened for this visit. Waitress tried her best to accommodate us even though she put the wrong salmon order in for me. I tried to eat it, but it wasn't what I wanted and seeing as how long everything was taking it wasn't worth the wait. We tried to redeem our dine in only bottles but 1 bottle came out when we were almost done with dinner. Somehow or tastings went missing from the bar. Horrible birthday dinner.

So noisy could barely hear person sitting next to me. Felt like we had to shout across the table to be heard. The food was sub par the shrimp and scallops either way overcooked or sat under the heat lamps way too long. That said, we received our appetizers and dinner at same time. While the waitress apologized, she blamed the back staff, asked if food tasted ok and left us with an overcrowded table with bread tray, appetizers, dinner and drinks that was uncomfortable to maneuver. No manager stoped by during our meal. Don’t think we’ll ever go back on the weekend much less during the week. My guests joked that we would have been able to enjoy our meal and hear each other better at the Burger...
