It was pretty good. I used to think it was a overhyped place with weird pizza flavors but I finally went and ngl it was good, and the Ice ???? so good ????

I felt that something was lacking, perhaps it was the seasoning. The ordering process was confusing, and the staff weren't very helpful. Updated from my previous review on May 12, 2024.

This restaurant is similar to Subway or Chipotle, offering you the chance to customize your own personal pizza. While it's possible to share, the pizza is small enough that you can easily finish it solo, especially if you're hungry, or keep it simple with just a few toppings. I usually load mine up with a variety of cheeses, meats, and vegetables. Some might not prefer the thin, crispy crust, but I love the added crunch and flavor it provides. I always order mine extra cheesy, with ranch and BBQ sauce drizzled on top after it's cooked, and the combination is absolutely delicious. It's okay, but I would only recommend it to someone looking for a quick pizza fix. The issue is that you never really know what to expect. For instance, my last pizza from them—which may end up being my final order—had almost no sauce at all, despite my request for the basic red sauce. It was quite dry, and the toppings I asked for were oddly clumped in certain areas of the pizza. This hasn’t been my first experience like this. The staff there are not rude, but they seem indifferent to the quality of the food they’re serving. I understand they may not be earning much, but as a business, if you keep producing subpar products, you're bound to lose customers.

However, on my second visit, I had to remind them of these same protocols. I really appreciate having control over the ingredients in my pizza, especially the amount of cheese I prefer. This restaurant is a great spot for personal-sized pizzas. I frequently order takeout from here and most of the time, the pizza is ready on time and comes with plenty of delicious toppings. However, there can be occasional long delays and inconsistency with the shape of the pizza or the amount of toppings. One downside is that there is no option to request a small amount of a topping when ordering through the app. For example, if you want just a few olives with a light drizzle of balsamic fig glaze, you might receive an overwhelming amount of olives and a completely drenched pizza. I strongly advise against ordering delivery from this restaurant. I placed my order at 5:05 PM, expecting it to arrive by 6:00 PM. When I called at 6:15 PM, I was informed about a fundraiser that was causing delays. They assured me my pizza would be delivered within 15-20 minutes, but that promise turned out to be false. When I called back at 7:00 PM, I was given the option to cancel my order for a refund. Instead, I requested they deliver my order as soon as possible, as it had already been nearly two hours since I ordered. They then resubmitted the order and promised a delivery by 8:00 PM. When I called again at 8:05 PM, I was told they had lost my order and would send out a new one. Final...

They list 23 different veggie and herb toppings and guess what. The price for the pizza is the same no matter how many you ask for! These include roasted broccoli, roasted corn, and roasted red peppers. No veggie meats but they do have non-dairy cheese. They said the standard dough is vegan, and you can choose standard thin crust, or pay a bit more for double thick dough. The standard 11 pizza is big enough to share and is yours for less than $9.
