As a member of the military, I appreciated the discount they offered as well. However, what really made the experience special were the amazing staff. My order tends to be a bit complicated with several modifications, but they handled everything with incredible patience and a cheerful demeanor. They even suggested I try their new chicken and bacon waffle doodle, which was absolutely delicious! The overall quality of the food here is definitely far superior to other Mr. Hero locations. Honestly, if I could give this place more than five stars, I would. I highly recommend it!"

Be cautious with the Rockin Rueben promotion. The sandwich comes on a tiny bun and has only a few pieces of corned beef and sauerkraut, which is quite disappointing.

I haven't been to Mr. Hero in years, and I honestly can't remember the last time I visited. This location was remarkably clean, and the woman at the register was both friendly and helpful. We tried the Romanburger, a cheeseburger, fried mushrooms, fried pickles, and jalapeño poppers. Everything was delicious! I strongly recommend stopping by this place the next time you're in the area. Plus, there's plenty of parking available right in front.

We've been in Cleveland for four days now, enjoying a mix of honeymoon festivities and business activities, and we've been dining out daily.
