My favorite place for Philly Cheese Steaks. I love it so much that I get it every Saturday. The people who work here are always super nice and offer great service.

Love Mr. M's in Davie, the staff is very friendly and out of the way to get the customers involved and remember what you like to order. Food is great, Philly Cheesesteak is amazing

My 1st time here. The man at yhe counter was nice patient. I ordered the small Philly w/ extra seasoning. I opted for no mustard. It was good, but next time I'll get the mustard extra onions peppers. I'm sure it will be great. My partner ordered a ham cheese it was excellent as made. We will be back, as it's not far from home. View menu

I pre-ordered a Turkey and Salami sub from here. Although the scheduled pick-up time had not yet arrived (due to customization), I understood that it was a busy lunchtime (12 PM), so I waited patiently. The sub was fantastic and definitely worth the wait. However, I think the gentleman behind the counter could benefit from some customer service training, as he came off a bit brusque and may rub some customers the wrong way. I’ll definitely give it another try!

At this price point, the quality of the food and the level of customer service here are hard to beat. It's one of the few places in South Florida that truly delivers value for your money. The sandwiches are very filling compared to other brands and are definitely made with high-quality ingredients! I also appreciate the frequent food deals, and the staff at the new cash register are fantastic. They now offer rewards and salad bowls as well. Plus, the images are always up to date!

Used to love this place, but they no longer take phone orders. Can't place an online order while I drive, so too bad. Foods good, but tf you can't take an order over the phone? I mean you answering the phone to tell me you won't take my order as just as funny as me pulling over to leave this review. You don't want my business, no worries, but if I'd been in the position to place a mobile order I would've, but some of us drive for work and need that 4 mins. Ordered two sandwiches on Uber eats they came beyond rotten, I called the store and the manager advised me to bring them back and they will remake them I didn?t want the subs remade right then and there because I was disgusted and Paul (the OWNER) mom told me I have two sandwiches as a credit. I went back 2 weeks later to get my two sandwiches and the the advised me they will not remaking them 2 weeks later. No wonder you can?t keep employees there! I was a loyal customer and Paul I hope you see this and know you lost a good customer!!!! I will never come back to this location.

When we explained our issue with a sub we had just purchased for $12— which ended up being thrown away because the roast beef was old, brown, and dry—he was dismissive and cold. He refused to consider a replacement or offer a refund. His responses were condescending and inappropriate for someone in a management position. To make matters worse, he acted childishly and wouldn’t provide his name despite my repeated requests. It's clear that this location is struggling and may not last much longer if this is the level of customer service they provide. I recommend going to Stir, Laspadas, or even Publix instead!

I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here and eat, especially if you have a darker skin tone. As soon as I walked in, I got the feeling that I wasn 't welcome from the staff. I came in today to pick up an UberEats order and immediately was met with no respect. After trying to pick up the order, the employee said that it wasn 't ready in a condescending tone, even though the order was right there on the counter. He then proceeded to speak to me in a derogatory manner, saying don 't pick up things before I tell you that it 's ready and then he proceeded to tell me to take a seat .
