"We won't blame the Restaurant for our Server. He did not pay attention to us and was quite Rude. It was impossible to reach him to get more drinks or any service. This made this visit very bad. He also put glasses of wine on our bill, when we only had Not a huge deal, maybe a mistake, but we could not even find him to order so how could we get glasses."

Food was just ok ! Meat was a lower grade choice , hard over cooked and salty , service was slow salad bar was ok mainly cheap salads ! We have soon here a few times because we live close by but Divina Carne is much better !

The meat at this restaurant was tough and of lower quality, overly salty and overcooked. There was nothing exceptional on the buffet, but it is conveniently located close to our home. However, Divina Carne is a better option. View menu

While on vacation, we decided to grab a meal at Mr. Pampas...it was a great experience! The food was good, the ambiance was fun! Recommend for anyone looking for a great spot in Cancún to get away from the resort fare and have a tasty meal!

I wanted to take my 2-year-old son to Pampas Kids and they told me he couldn't be there because only one person was working and they couldn't handle it. I was not pleased with that. When I entered, there was a bad smell of sweat and the men's bathrooms were stinky.
