"Inside, it’s a bit cramped since it’s a small hole-in-the-wall place, but the outdoor seating makes it more appealing. The staff was incredibly friendly, even though one of the girls spilled water on the floor next to me—she was really sweet! As for the ramen, I ordered the original Naruto bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the pork. Sometimes ramen shops serve up large, inedible chunks of fat, but I received two decent slices. The broth was decent but not particularly memorable; it didn’t leave a strong impression, but it was still good. Is this my favorite ramen place? Not quite, but it’s a great spot in the Upper East Side to enjoy some ramen as the winter months approach. Just don’t expect too much—this is more of a sit-down, eat, and go kind of place. However, waiting for your food while listening to anime music definitely sets a fun mood! A few tips: the bathroom is located way in the back in the employee area (you may need to ask to use it), there are hooks for your jackets, and there’s outdoor seating that is wheelchair accessible (though it might feel cramped inside)."

The ramen at this restaurant is outstanding. I frequently stop by after work. It's an ideal place for a relaxed dinner or a late-night bite.

This lovely little restaurant is a real gem! The ramen was exactly what I needed on this chilly night. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, so we were able to grab a seat immediately. I'll definitely be coming back!

While taking a stroll, we came across Naruto. We had a lovely lunch at one of the outdoor tables by the street. The waiter was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious with generous portions. I highly recommend it!

Although the place is a bit crowded, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The ramen I had was among the best I've ever tried—spicy, but not so much that it becomes inedible. Everything was delicious! The chefs wear masks, and the kitchen appears clean. View menu

Absolutely fantastic! You know that feeling when you're walking down the street, and it's a bit chilly but not too cold, and your cravings start telling you it's time for some ramen? That's when you should head to Naruto Ramen to satisfy those cravings! The ramen here is simply delicious!

The Naruto ramen was absolutely delicious. The tan tan noodles were great, although they definitely had a spicy kick. I also tried the jelly sake, which was quite unique but surprisingly enjoyable, as there were bits of jelly in every sip. I would definitely recommend this place! The prices are quite reasonable too.

To start, I believe it's only fair for restaurants with outdoor seating during winter to offer some form of heating. We were quite cold while waiting to get a table inside, which took too long. However, the curry chicken ramen is absolutely delicious—adding a bit of hot chili oil takes it to the next level. I had no complaints about the food or the service. The breaded chicken had the perfect crunch. I definitely recommend this place! View menu

I visited for lunch, and it was fantastic! We chose to sit in the outdoor seating area, which was just as enjoyable as dining indoors. It didn't feel like the typical outdoor seating found in NYC. We started with takoyaki and pork buns, both of which were quite tasty. The takoyaki was hot and delicious, while the pork buns were also good. For the main course, we ordered teriyaki chicken, which was lovely, and the chicken cutlet curry that was exactly what I needed today. I would definitely return!

I had lunch at this restaurant, and it was fantastic! We sat in the outdoor seating area, which was just as enjoyable as dining indoors. It didn’t feel like the typical outdoor seating you find in NYC. We started with Takoyaki and pork chops, both of which were quite tasty. The Takoyaki was hot and absolutely delicious! Even the pig beans were enjoyable. For the main course, we ordered Teriyaki Chicken, which was flavorful, along with a chicken-snell curry. The chicken dish was exactly what I needed today. I would definitely go back!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
