"The food was overly cooked, the soup was cold, and the noodles were burnt. The waitress was rude. Unfortunately, 3 out of 7 people experienced stomach cramps. We will not be returning to this awful restaurant. Absolutely disgusting!"

I used to enjoy eating at this restaurant in the past, but today's meal was the worst I have ever had.

I was pleasantly surprised by this buffet restaurant. The prices are affordable and the food is delicious. The deep-fried dishes are especially fresh.

"Update review.... 3/28/24 okay so I have hit this place enough now to be wondering if they might start offering a revolving credit line. We 're a Beaver County feline rescue and we use this place because we are literally starving and need wholesome food ... maybe we are on our way to trap and need staples of comfort and yum..... maybe we just left the vet and said goodbye to a furry warrior and need to cry and eat a handpie..... maybe it 's our carb cycling day....maybe we deserve the mouth party that surely awaits...This place NEVER disappoints. If you are still on the fence about trying their yummo items, give me a shout-out and we 'll grab breakfast my treat....you can get me next time because there will certainly be a next time for you. If Cats Ruled The World feline rescue Old review: Absolutely scrumptious!!!! I tried Beaver Bagel Company a couple times before reviewing. The sweet and the savory concoctions are a literal party for your taste buds! Obviously these combinations were formulated by a foodie! The cookies are gigantic. The muffins are delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food here tastes like it was made with love. Everything is consistently made to order CORRECTLY. The bagels rock! There is NOTHING to disappoint! The atmosphere inside AND outside is inviting. It 's really a little treasure of a place. Just a note to those complaining about pricing...Yes the Beaver Bagel Company is pricier than a McDonald 's bagel, but you get what you pay for. Top notch ingredients are used and this is HOMEMADE food. These are high end products. You will receive an order made correctly and with love! You won 't receive a belly ache and intestinal difficulty as with mass produced fast food . The prices here are definitely equal to the product that you will receive. The food is truly amazingly delicious!!!! I could eat some wonderful concoction from here every day! The hours posted were 7-2, I called ahead each time and my orders were ready when I arrived. I paid when I ordered, so I was in and out swiftly. They weren 't sold out of anything. 5 stars!"

"Great little spot in a region where it is difficult to find quality dining options. I'm in town for business, dining alone, and I prefer to take my meals in places with a more intimate ambiance. Think dim lights, small space, and low music. This place is just that. It has about a dozen tables inside and a few outside. The lighting is just low enough that you get a more romantic vibe. Not so low that you get a sports bar vibe. James was my server he was quick, brought me exactly what I ordered, and knew the menu (which seems to change every day according to the website). I had the provoleta, of which I ate too much. Good flavor can't go wrong with a pan fried cheese. You could tell it was quality Provolone. The focaccia toasts that came with it were a little too hard and crunchy for me. Ordered Rigatoni for my entree. Great choice! Really creamy, not over salted like most restaurant pastas the flavor of the sausage, leek, and acorn squash really shone through. The chef came by to chat for a few minutes which I thought was a nice touch. Kinda wish I had asked him for the recipe. Good portions of food. I had to get a box for about 1/3 of the pasta and I'm a big eater. Of course got dessert apple bread pudding. Real, fresh whipped cream. Bourbon sauce. The perfect amount of sweet. And the price is fair. There's a place where I live that has a similar food quality and experience that is at least 2x the price. When I'm back in town, I'll definitely be coming back."

"First, they were out of the wine listed on menu that i was looking forward too. I know, no deal breaker. But when she brought the substitute she didn't tell me what it was or let me try a v small taste, she just poured it in the glass. Then she forgot to bring some of us our drinks. We had already waited an exceptionally long time to begin with. When my lobster bisque came it was so thick, you could eat it with a fork, plus barely warm. Then, it took forever for our dinners and when they arrived.... The food had sat at the pass so long it was luke warm. One persons fish was cold and virtually raw. IT TOOK ALMOST 15 MINUTES FOR HER TO GET IT AND WHEN SHE DID, IT WAS THE SAME PIECE OF FISH . Two of us ordered rib-eye , medium rare and 2 ordered rib-eye,medium well. All steaks were medium rare and barely warm. One of those was sent back and came back virtually the same. Oh, and my husbands boss ordered the surf and turf, but only got the turf. They forgot his lobster ! Ordering another round of drinks took forever and trust me, by now we needed them badly. We were all throughly disgusted at this point and ask for the manager. What should have been a Christmas celebration costing over $100 per person turned into sheer misery. Our waitress was almost in tears. When the owner finally appeared, he ended up comping 2 dinners that went uneaten and acted like he was doing us a favor. But was this over yet ? NO, this continued on through dessert ! Two people ordered the Pistachio gelato on the menu. Guess what ? You got it, they didn’t have that either. My husband and I were completely embarrassed, since we were the ones who recommended boss into having the company's Christmas party my husbands retirement dinner there. It could not have been more disastrous. We felt like we were being pranked on a TV show. Let me just say that we have been to the Wooden Angel many times in the past and have had several celebrations there and have always been happy."
