"So the place that used to be here had also been a favourite place, so I was sad to see it go, but I had to give this place a try. I mean, I can never turn down sushi. We made a reservation for my birthday and I'm glad we did, it was packed. It did empty out though near the end. I ordered two things of sushi, some shumai, and dumplings. My dad ordered the wonton for two and I forget what else and my mum ordered a green bean dish and a dish that has chicken, shrimp, beef and vegetables in it. My only issue was my parents got their main courses and I had to wait maybe five more minutes for my sushi. But I'm not saying it's a bad thing, it was busy and I ordered two specialty rolls. My parents made a bigger deal out of it than I did because I know making and rolling sushi takes time. Plus it was busy. For dessert my mum and I ordered the chocolate mousse and my dad ordered the Creme Brule. The chocolate dusting of a fork on the dish was weird, but I found it funny and unique. The desserts were heaven. The wait staff was super nice and the owner is really cool. He came and chatted with us for ten or so minutes. We came back the next week and all our appetizers came out at the same time and all our entrees, including my three orders of sushi, came out at the same time. We went around 5pm for the second dinner and it hadn't gotten packed yet. My only complaint, I got the tea with bubbles and the bubbles were horrible. The tea was also super strong so I had to mix in more water to weaken it. But I also don't like super sweet and strong teas, so the tea might be fine for someone else, but for me it tasted bad."

The restaurant has wonderful staff and delicious food. The parking situation is excellent, with a large parking lot available. Plus, it's easily accessible for those in wheelchairs, as there are no steps to navigate. View menu

This is the second time we ate here and loved it as much as the first. The lemongrass beef is a gem and is consistently top notch for our tastes. The food comes out quickly and fare is reasonably priced. Cindy was our server and was very pleasant. Cannot wait to return!

We had delivery last night the food was very good delivery not so much he got lost somehow. We started off with Avocado Tartar in spicy sauce and Peking Duck rolls both were very good. Our mains were Hong Kong roasted duck with plum garlic sauce one of the best we ever had. We also had the 3 Chef’s special rolls. So happy they deliver all the way to UD.

Everything was incredible quality and fresh. The chicken was cooked perfectly. I loved the crab stick salad, was a great portion compared to other local spots. Service was great, fresh water served throughout the meal and our food came out quickly while they were not busy. I did find a very sharp, thin fish bone in my sushi but luckily did not cut my mouth or swallow it. View menu

This has become our new favorite Chinese/Japanese restaurant! We've ordered from here several times, and the food is consistently fantastic with generous portions. The only exception is the Crab Rangoon (8 pieces) — they're quite small, but they're so delicious that it doesn't matter! The Signature Lo Mein is also incredible! It's made with thinner mei fun noodles and is absolutely delightful. We highly recommend this place!

I’ve ordered here many times w/out many issues. My last order via Uber Eats was not received. Upon calling the restaurant I was informed by a restaurant employee that the Uber Eats driver was actually employed by the company. The employee/uber driver texted that he was arriving. I was at my front door monitoring waiting the driver proceeded to just drive by my home. I waved the driver kept going…. I also requested my generous tip be refunded. Never got my Duck w/Noodles.

"For our appetizer, we chose the Pork Bun, followed by the Pork Katsu Curry Don and Chicken Katsu Curry Don for our main dishes. We also ordered a two-roll combo from the lunch menu (California roll and Spicy Salmon roll), but unfortunately, we didn’t receive the miso soup or salad that was supposed to come with it, as stated in the menu. We would have inquired about the soup, but being first-time visitors, we forgot it was included, and the waitress did not mention it. The lunch special rolls weren't anything memorable. I can’t recall whether there were 6 or 8 pieces per roll, but they did serve as a decent snack while we awaited our main courses. However, I think I would skip the sushi next time. The Pork Bun appetizer consists of two buns on one plate. While I didn’t take a photo, it looked as you would expect: pork, some greens, and a drizzle of sauce inside a soft white bun. I found the meat to be somewhat dry. Unless you have a strong craving for Pork Buns and no other options in mind, I’d suggest passing on them as an appetizer. The Katsu Curry Don comes with a single spice level and is very filling. You can choose between chicken or pork, and since there were two of us, we ordered one of each. The meat is smothered in curry sauce and accompanied by vegetables and potatoes. Overall, I enjoyed the Pork Katsu Curry Don; it really satisfied my craving for curry rice. Regarding service, despite being seated quickly, we experienced quite a wait for our order to be taken, for our food to arrive, and then to receive the check. Our table was situated close to the entrance and within view of the waitstaff and kitchen staff. To be fair, 3-4 other groups came in by the time our food was served, and it seemed there was only one waitress managing the floor. Overall, I found this to be a nice casual spot for Japanese cuisine. We enjoyed our main courses and were not deterred by the service. I would recommend trying this place for their entrees. If I were to return, I think I'd skip the appetizers and rolls and focus solely on the main dishes. As for parking, there is a lot with plenty of available spaces."
