My granddaughter wanted to eat here. When we walked in, it was empty. I told her if there aren't any customers then the food is bad and true indeed it was awful. Don’t do it!! We went for lunch and got there before 2 pm and we placed our order off the lunch menu. When the check came they charged us dinner prices the manager told them to charge dinner prices. The man said we got there after 2 pm which was a lie if we got there after 2 and were done eating at 2:45 pm. They have lost a customer we will not be back. Service: Dine in

The woman Added a large tip to my receipt and charged me and wouldn’t fix it I asked multiple people to fix it then the manager just looked at me shocked and didn’t wanna speak once she saw what was on my receipt just saying ohhhh. They did the same thing to the people across from us but they were disgusted and said they will never come back I’m not gonna walk out u don’t wrong people that way Service: Dine in

I always love this place, usually good food and service but this time unfortunately I found a staple and a sharp piece of plastic in my rice after ordering the steak hibachi to go, I didn’t take a photo of the piece of plastic since I had thought at first it might’ve been from the lid after opening the container but now I’m not so sure after seeing this in the bottom of the rice, just a reminder to always make sure you’re looking at what you’re eating! The service was also commendable, with a rating of 4; the staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful, boasting a vibrant and inviting environment, which I rated a 5. The overall cost for the meal was reasonable, falling within the $20–30 range per person. I highly recommend this place for a satisfying lunch!

I have eaten here since they opened in McCalla and never had an issue until today. The guy at the counter was asked to take our order. As I stand waiting to order, he never acknowledged me and started talking to the gentleman behind me. I continue to wait and finally asked him was he ready to take my order since he was not going to acknowledge my presence. Needless to say I walked out because I want patronize any business who treats me with the dignity and respect I deserve as a customer. We went to Takoyaki and received phenomenal service as always. I will not be back to Ninja View menu
