I ordered the pani puri, and it was tasteless—without the tamarind sauce, it would have been utterly bland. And what was that watery mess? When we went to the front desk to pay, the woman looked at us and rudely asked, "Yes?" This was my first visit, and I had no idea what I was doing. I felt unwelcome and her rudeness was off-putting. The food was okay, but the ambiance was worse than my home. Too hot, AC doesn't work. Service is out of the world with the lady serving without any smile or even words. Seems like she is carrying the whole world. Finally, when I went to pay, she had the audacity to add 20% gratuity by default and then ask for additional tips? There was nothing written about gratuity, and also, we were only two. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Nirala Sweets is definitely worth a visit, especially their Buffet services covers the mains and desserts. I recently tried their Chicken Gravy Curry and Plain Naan and was blown away by the flavors and textures. The chicken was cooked to perfection, rich and creamy gravy was the perfect complement to the tender meat. The Plain Naan was soft and had texture. The meal was incredibly satisfying and filling, also their Jelebi Kheer was fresh too. The services was excellent and the ambiance was inviting. Highly recommended!

The prices displayed on the screens and the menu didn’t match what I was charged. When I asked about the discrepancies, the staff insisted that the prices were correct. Additionally, the sweets were listed at one price, but I was informed they were priced by weight, which I’ve never encountered before. There was no price listed per pound or per piece, and I didn’t have the patience to argue about it.
