Absolutely wonderful! The food is truly authentic—flavorful without being greasy. The eggplant parmesan is the best I've ever tasted. The wines are delightful, and the bread is incredibly soft, like a pillow. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

we enjoyed our dinner here very much, the atmosphere is perfect. our waiter was attentive without being overlaid. he had great recommendations. we plan to bring friends/family from the city next time. the oysters were delicious and very fresh. you should also give the pasta an attempt that nuddies do not feel hard as some places.

this was a really tasty meal. creative italian fare presented in a cool space. the bread was quite fantastic, as were most things on offer. we ordered a selection of small plates and pastas, and were really happy with most everything the one thing we ordered that wasn't to our taste was removed from our bill without us having to even ask! Pros: Great food! They use very complementary flavors to make normal food more gourmet. Atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. I loved the rustic tavern feel mixed with upscale food. Definitely plan to go back. Cons: lack of comfortable chairs/barstools. (Most are wood with little to no cushion). But I'm also 8 months pregnant, so I tend to have a harder time getting comfortable anyway.

We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant; the ambiance was just right. Our waiter was attentive but not intrusive, and he offered excellent recommendations. We're looking forward to bringing friends and family from out of town with us next time. The oysters were delicious and incredibly fresh. Don’t miss out on the pasta either; the noodles are light and not heavy like in some other places.

My Italian-loving family chose this restaurant for the evening: one hungry child and three adults. There was a wonderful selection of drinks and menu items, ensuring there was something for everyone. The service was attentive and prompt! The food was fantastic! The huge meatball was devoured quickly, and we found ourselves wanting more. Great food. Service was so-so. Went for a fun girls-night-out. This is a place that doesn't really know what it should be when it grows up. Is it a bistro? A pub? A local place? Is it fancy adult date night place? The prices don't match the physical place. Again, food was good. Wine selection was okay but could be more diverse but there seemed to be something at every price point. Might go back, but there's better Italian food in Portland.

the happy hour menu here is amazing! the köche wahl bruchetta was so good, I would have eaten it all night. Moreover, the prices on the happy hour menu for the good eating is incredibly favorable. also here are the cocktails great and the barkeepers and server are super friendly and knowledgeable. recommend this place for a date night, but they can also come with the family if they want delicious food and cocktails in these nights, they have no babysitter

Wow, what a hidden treasure! We originally intended to go to Yakuza, one of my all-time favorites, but as luck would have it, they were closed for a private event. Thankfully, the server recommended Nonna, just a block down the street. We ended up spending three wonderful hours there, sipping on fantastic cocktails and savoring incredibly delicious dishes—every single one was outstanding. The ambiance was enhanced by live jazz from a talented local band, and the customer service was exceptional.
