"Delish Bistro is a superb restaurant. I ended up ordering an appetizer and desert. And every course was impressive. The flank steak bruschetta was a unique (to me) plating and the tomato salad and seasoning on the plate were a perfect compliment. My salad had blueberry and a lot of grains and nuts along with spinach and was excellent as well. After those great dishes I just had to try desert and the key lime pie with graham cracker crust made it worth my while. Service was top notch and the whole menu looked interesting. I am just sorry I won't be back to Hermiston to try it out again. Full marks."

"Good location.. Parking!! (I skipped trying a different restaurant because only street parking. I'll try it later. Nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Good (ie, strong) coffee. I had chicken enchilada w/rice beans. It was served with shredded lettuce, a few slices of avocado, and a dollop of sour cream. Delicious!! My father had cheese enchiladas and enjoyed that."

"I wanted to try something different, and I was not disappointed! We ordered an Asada Burrito and a Chicken Burrito, both packed with delicious flavors and generous portions. The side of beans and rice was also tasty; adding a bit of the red sauce made it even better. My absolute favorite was the Corn In A Cup. If you’ve been considering it, just go for it—you won’t regret it. The corn had great flavor, and when mixed with the other ingredients, it was simply fantastic. I’ll definitely be ordering this again as often as possible!"

"The only reason I'm not giving a higher rating is due to the male waiter, whose demeanor was somewhat intense and, quite frankly, inappropriate. I ordered my meal without onions, but it arrived loaded with them. When I asked to send it back, he leaned over my table to scrutinize my plate and questioned whether I had really made the request to exclude onions, despite me confirming it. He said, "We'll see," and walked off to speak with the waitress. When he returned, he stomped over, yanked my plate away, and when I tried to order the bento box with the tempura option—which is clearly listed on the menu—he insisted it wasn’t available. I pointed it out to him politely, but he continued to argue that I was wrong. Honestly, if it weren't for him, I would dine at this restaurant more frequently because the food is quite good."
