"Authentic quaint small place in Bethlehem! Stumbled upon this gem after living here for almost 3 years! Delicious middle eastern food served by one of the owners. He said he is the Chef and but the main Chef is his wife She cooks and he serves. We had the baba ganoush as an appetizer, side salads before dinner meal, which was the chicken skewers with rice and vegetable skewers with hummus. Don’t suggest you be in a hurry to eat and run as service is not quick, though the food is worth the wait. Will definitely be going back!"

a very simple sweet little place, I went there for a lunch with my wife, had a chicken chawarma, which was very tasty the owner was an old lady with a very nursing and servier maintenance. I'm going back to a meal there. View menu

Worlds best food, service, and atmosphere. We came in too early (not realizing they were still closed) yet the owner served us without mentioning a thing. We felt like we were being served a homemade dinner. Highly recommend the grape leaves, Kibbeh, and vegetarian platter.
