"Worst ice cream shop ever! Today, we visited and found the floors to be disgusting—sticky and gross. They mentioned that an ice cream machine had broken and was leaking, and even after mopping it three times, the situation didn’t improve. Instead of soaking up the mess with towels, they just spread the sticky liquid around. When my granddaughter got up and moved the table, we discovered honey, dirt, and bits of ice cream everywhere. It was incredibly unprofessional and really off-putting. Please don’t go! Find another place instead! (They should be sued!)"

This place is filthy. All of the toppings are all over the place. Food all over the floor. Sticky floor and the young guy working made no effort to do anything but be in the back until time to take money. I won't be back.

This restaurant is very close to my house, and my grandkids love to visit when they come over. However, I find the place to be quite dirty. I believe that if the health department conducted an inspection, they would find numerous problems. It’s frustrating because I have always enjoyed bringing my grandkids here.

We went to the restaurant with the family and grabbed some cups, but we were disappointed to find only five flavors available, most of which were vanilla. The other machines were turned off, and one of the workers was just sitting there on their phone. I was tempted to leave, but I had promised the kids some frozen yogurt. Terrible business management, worker giving out discounted prices/ free yogurt to select few based on what you age was, and how much of a mess you made at the topping bar, so ps don’t make a mess at the topping bar or you not getting that discount. This company is scamming others, the worker just wanted extra tips, he was racial motivated, as a black citizen I will not be ever disrespected by a 5 foot 4 white male, I am seriously set off by this and please don’t go there.

from what google says and what I remember, they close at 10:00pm. We showed up at 8:40 on a Saturday and the two kids closing had the doors locked and told us they had to close due to “having a lot to do”.Had a soaking wet floor from mopping early and sent away a family before us. All the topping spoons were put away as well and overall it was a super awkward and unprofessional experience. They said it was due to “Covid hours” but two weeks prior they were open until 10. Super uncomfortable experience.
