"Good time, bad service. My family has been coming here to celebrate my brother 's birthday for 8 years. The hibachi chefs are always fantastic, however, we have received some very unwelcoming service more than once. This last time we went, the guy serving our table was very rude to my family, which is why I 'm finally writing a review. We tried to be nice to save face and have a good time, but every single person at our table individually said they got a bad attitude from this guy he gave us trouble ordering appetizers, told us we had to keep moving for other parties at the beginning of our meal, even though we arrived 10m early for our reservation. This guy also took away our soups salads before we were done, and was really unpleasant to everyone. It 's a real shame. I think our server had the same name as a manager who took our reservation if this guy is in charge, I can see why he 's filling in to cover server shifts, because if this is how he treats guests, I can only imagine how he treats workers. Also, the hibachi tables are extremely cramped and very uncomfortable to sit at there 's not enough room for as many places they try to cram at the tables. Shout out to Julio though amazing Hibachi chef! Five stars to Julio."

Pacific Bistro is extremely inconsistent with their star levels for spices. Every time I order Sweet and Sour chicken 2 star, it 's NEVER the same amount of spice. Most times it 's very little to no spice and sometimes it feels like 4-5 star spice. Not sure how what 's going on in the kitchen, but there 's got to be an easy solution to this. Why even offer star levels if the measurements are never the same? I absolutely love dinning in, John is the BEST. Aidan is the most friendly host. The atmosphere is great.
