Good experience overall. Some interesting menu items you don't see too often up north. Food was good. Kasey was a great server, friendly and attentive. We had a nice seat outside. If the patio was on the water side, that would make it a 5 star experience. View menu

Sat outside under umbrellas this last time. Great food. Always an interesting menu. We've always had good to outstanding service there. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual when we've been there during the day or in the early evening. Easy to make reservations.

Ordered the forest floor soup and it was great. Served hot, tasted great. Crab cakes were good, complimentary potatoes were cooked perfectly. Acorn squash, quinoa was cooked excellently, lamb was great, and the curry sauce really topped it off. Pricewas in line with the quality of the food and service. Not to mention the view was great too.

Dined there today. Ceiling in dining room was low and very noisy. Food was excellent service was excellent. Atmosphere was bad. 4 seated and family of 6 next to us had SCREAMING baby's that were not controlled. Understand it's high season but screaming kids was unacceptable. Dining room was very full so exceptions to the restaurant that they could not be held responsible. We will be back but under different circumstances. View menu

The food was delicious, served promptly, and exactly as everyone had ordered. The service was outstanding; the team was attentive, quick, friendly, and accommodating. It truly felt like we had the entire restaurant to ourselves due to the level of focus they gave us. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality and generous portions of food, as well as the exceptional care we received. We never felt rushed or like we were overstaying our welcome. Thank you, Palette Bistro, for making our special day during COVID so much easier and memorable. The food is so good, you can easily overlook the missteps. The balsamic vinegar with the bread starter is a knockout. So simple, so tasty. The Forest Floor mushroom soup was to die for. It 's so easy to overdo mushroom and truffle flavors but this was so smooth and perfectly savory. The paella could 've been extra awesome but it really needed salt. The pizza 's flavors were amazing but the crust was waterlogged and disintegrating (we still ate the whole thing with utensils couldn 't hold it at all). The lamb meatballs were so tasty but the pasta sauce was so garlicky it felt like my mouth was on fire! Again, small issues but my husband and I both agree we 'd go back in no time. Still five st...

However, it was our server, Andrew Hammond, who truly enhanced our experience. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm for his work were evident in every interaction. Andrew’s extensive knowledge of the menu impressed me, and his recommendations were spot on, significantly enriching our dining experience. For my main course, I chose the Roasted Salmon Sandwich, which exceeded all my expectations. The salmon was cooked to perfection, with a crispy outer layer and a tender, juicy interior.
