"Hard to believe one is in a mall with their over the top kind service. All employees actually speak to you and smile and authentically are happy you are choosing their restaurant. This is the freshest, most delicious food in all of Pittsburgh, made with quality ingredients. They actually use olive oil in their recipes. I brought their Baklava to a function last night and everyone was talking about it. I only wish there were stickers on the boxes to advertise Palmayra because I had to repeat over and over where I purchased it."

The best place to eat, period. The food is amazing, some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. They take pride in their food and I’ve always been greeted with a smile, and above and beyond service and hospitality. If I’m in the area, I make a point to stop and support them. 10/10 don’t miss out!

I visited Palmyra at South Hills Village today (August 21, 2024) and ordered the Mediterranean Salad for $10.99. Unfortunately, the salad seemed like it had been prepared the day before—it was wilted and watery, mostly consisting of iceberg lettuce. It included some tomato, cucumber, and a small amount of feta cheese, along with pita bread. They claimed the dressing was olive oil and lemon juice, but the olive oil was hardly noticeable. Overall, it was very disappointing and not worth the price!
