I absolutely love their fresh tortillas! Everything here is consistently delicious and fresh! We don't have a Pancheros in Springfield, but I would really love to have one!

Pancheros is organized in a way that's quite similar to Chipotle, with comparable menu options. I prefer Pancheros' vegan tofu option over Chipotle's. They also have jalapeños available as a topping.

In my opinion, not many restaurants do tofu as well—especially those that aren’t exclusively vegetarian or vegan—but Panchero's really gets it right! I definitely prefer their tofu over Chipotle's. We put it in a large catering order for a nonprofit event. In the past, they donated 300 burritos for free but suddenly made us pay full price. We still went through and ordered quesadillas and confirmed THREE times the quantity and time of pick up. When the pickup time arrived they said they did not have an order because they didn 't have our contact information despite us giving contact information, calling, and emailing them. After trying to blame us for their shortcomings, we presented evidence contrary to their belief that we had not made the order or been in contact.
