No frosting TWICE. What's the point of monkey Cinnamon Monkey Bread Baking Required without frosting?

The size was incorrect for the Create Your Own Pizza order. I paid for a 16-inch pizza but received a 14-inch instead.

I really enjoy that I can order a Create Your Own Baking Required pizza for delivery, so it arrives freshly baked when I want it. The flavor is fantastic and there are always plenty of toppings!

The Murphy's Combo Baking Required was on the wrong crust and missing the Salami and topping cheese I requested. Poor quality control as usual. When will this location learn to make an order correctly?

DIRTY. There was scraps everywhere. Even dead bugs and Flys on the sils. I peeked in the back and it was a disaster. There is no way, absolutely no way they are following sanitation guidelines here. It was gross. The pizza, was ok. I ordered the stuffed pizza and it was all bread about 3 inches from the outside in. Hardly and fillings. I will not go here again. View menu

Shocking, wish there was a 0 star available. On pickup I asked why my order didn't look right and was told everything was underneath and all the toppings were there. Came home and realized that I was lied to my face. Called and asked for a refund and was told that was not an option unless I drove all the way back in even though I was lied to my face. I asked for the name of the person I was speaking to and was hung up on. Hoping that my complaint to corporate gives a refund. I had also tipped 20% with my online order. I've never had a worse customer service experience anywhere.

This is the second attempt within the last two months I tried to order pizza from here. This is also the second time I walked out without anything. Today we walked in around 3 and waited in line to order without being acknowledged for several minutes. When someone behind me finally asked if we they were taking orders the employee said, I am making pizza, there is only two of us, what do you want me to do? He clearly did not want to be there and clearly did not want customers there either. I understand that they are short staffed but there is no reason to be so rude. Also, half the lights were out, food that would usually be in the front coolers was not there, awkward silence and dirty. So no...

I am so frustrated with this location because of the quality of service. I ordered four pizzas earlier in the day and when I arrived they had not even started the pizzas, and when a walk-in would come in and ask for a pizza, they would stop our pizzas and make theirs instead so our time was even more pushed back. On top of that, they told us they recently gave the last pizza away a little bit ago that we already pre-ordered several hours earlier. Then they told us they were out of family size pizzas and we had two pizzas for that size so we did not get the correct ones we ordered.
