"I received a $50 certificate, but after trying to place an order five times, no one answered my calls. It’s frustrating because if you want to support local dining and restaurants, and you can’t even place an order, it becomes pointless. I used to enjoy eating there, but the certificate feels worthless now. I would advise people to think twice before going there."

"This is a pretty cool little deli, reminiscent of a smaller version of Ventimiglia Italian Foods in Sterling Heights. They have a good selection of Italian products, including authentic 00 pizza flour, perfect for making Neapolitan-style pizza. The young women working there were friendly and attentive. I ordered the toasted garlic bread with mozzarella and an Italian hero sandwich. The bread was delicious and the sauce was spot on. At first glance, the sub seemed a bit light on meat compared to the bread's thickness, but it turned out to be quite well-balanced. I would appreciate a slightly larger portion, but the prices were reasonable. It's definitely worth a visit, and I plan to return to try more items. I also picked up a bottle of their homemade hot giardiniera peppers, as I enjoy making Italian beef sandwiches at home. When I finally use it, I'll share my thoughts on that as well."

"Let’s begin with the fundamentals. Crust: Crisp, crunchy, thin, and cooked to perfection just like your Roman grandmother. Seriously, you will eat more than necessary, just for the textural sensation. Sauce: handmade, just like the dough and resulting crust, perfectly paired, and layered to your desired toppings. Cheese: Light in volume, yet complementary to the “thin crust” style pizza with handmade sauce on top. There is not any reason to add an abundance of cheese when the crust, sauce, and fresh toppings have definitive flavor and texture. Hospitality: Second to none! The people are as good as the pizza. Part of the experience is grabbing a drink, sparking up a conversation with the guy/gal next to you, or the friendly staff, and watching generations of patrons filter in and out. The staff treats each person like family, and it is a heartwarming experience to see, and know that places like this still exist in the world. We have been coming here for over two decades and the quality, hospitality, and people are only getting better. If you are within 100 miles and are looking for life changing pizza, then look no further. (They also offered excellent vegetarian, vegan and GF options. Dietary restrictions: They offer excellent vegetarian, vegan, and GF options."

"Just thinking about Tino's brings a tear to my eye. This place is simply magical! There’s nothing that compares to their pizza. And believe me, that’s coming from someone who absolutely despises thin crust. I’m all about Chicago Deep Dish… except when it comes to Tino’s. With its homemade goodness and local flavor, it’s the only pizza I’ll happily accept with just the classic birthday party toppings of pepperoni and sausage. Honestly, you couldn’t ask for anything better because it doesn’t exist! It’s the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be! I love you, Tino's!!! (And the cudighi is great too.) P.S. Does your fridge have that Tino's aroma?"

"I have been getting a fish fry from this restaurant almost every Friday for the past year and a half. I missed a couple of Fridays without even realizing that I was eligible for a senior citizen discount. No one had informed me, but I found out today and will now be sure to ask for my discount when ordering. This restaurant has the best fish fries in town, along with another place called the Crossroads. Trust me when I say that these are the two best spots for fish fries - the Crossroads and Bucks."
