"Ordered food yesterday for me, my children, and niece. My Niece has an allergy to Gluten so I ordered her steamed chicken and mixed vegetables. First, the order was screwed up. I was given chicken with broccoli. they rectified it rather quickly (why the one star) but then after we were essentially almost done with our meal, there was a nasty and large cockroach in the chicken and mixed vegetables. It was nasty. I immediately contacted the restaurant, told them to pick up the food, and demanded back. The guy came back, took the food, but was only willing to reimburse us for the chicken and broccoli. So not only do they give us a dish with a cockroach (which means that the place is infested), but they refuse to reimburse us. Never, ever going back there. Recommend no one else does as well. Will be reporting them to the NYC DOH and will dispute the charge on my card."

I hope General Tso's chicken will be more crispy, more acidity and more spicy!

It used to be my visit to Bay Ridge. I think they've changed owners. The food is mediocre at best. You screwed my order for the third and last time. No cutlery or napkins and 1 pack of soy and duck sauce. Never again!

I recently had the worst Chinese food in a long time. I ordered two chicken dishes (sesame and General Tso's) and I highly doubt it was actually chicken. The texture was more like soggy mush and did not resemble chicken at all. It was tough to eat and I had to stop eating both dishes. View menu

My brother and I would usually order from her whenever we were tired of eating home food. We usually call and order and they are nice enough to come to the other side of the house and go upstairs to give it to us. The food is good I?ve tasted way better from Queens Chinese places. But it?s still decent and affordable.

This Chinese restaurant in Bay Ridge offers possibly the best delivery service. The food is fresh, delicious, and has a wide variety of options. There are also great vegetarian dishes available. Although the prices are slightly above average, the quality makes it very worth it. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Unfortunately, I have ordered from this restaurant a few times and usually the food is very good. However, last night was a disappointment. They ran out of duck for the starters, so I had to order something different for my husband, the Pineapple Chicken. My spare rib combo had ribs that were not even cut through and were attached to each other. The pineapple chicken was bland and disappointing, so my husband ended up sharing my food. Additionally, I still have not received a credit for the price difference between the duck order and the chicken. I am hesitant to order from here again unless they make significant improvements.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
