"At first I turned my nose in this facility (it seemed no different or creative enough). I was WRONG! Pecan Creek Grill offers incredibly high-quality classic breakfast and lunch (some of the best bacon I've ever had) with a Tex Mex twist. Great place for tasty hash breads, creative omelette, delicious bacon, and many other great options. While you are there, definitely Hello to Maria and Paco say together with the rest of the staff offer great service for their clientele. Stop reading and enjoy some brunch!"

Food was mediocre at best. The service is strange. You order your food and then sit down. They really holler out your name when you food is ready. Nice waitresses to clear tables. I won't be going back.

These are arguably the best biscuits I’ve ever had. Seriously don’t sleep on the biscuits. It also has a spacious patio that’s great for dogs. It’s self-serve so the dog wasn’t even approached by servers, which was ideal for our pup who is still learning her manners.

Had an excellent American Breakfast today 01/15/22 there today on Sat. Best hashed browns and bacon I've ever had along with buttered regular toast. The American Coffee was outstanding too great customer service was fast hardly any wait time. I'll definitely be going back there live close by. : View menu

Such a friendly staff and great food. The self serve condiment and drink area is so smart. Just got everything we needed and exactly how much. I think the owner took our order but I can’t be sure, either way the gentleman at the counter was very nice and patient. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Excellent food, great atmosphere and dedicated customer service! We often came here when we lived nearby, but we moved away about an hour. It's been a few years since we've been here, but as soon as we got in, the staff recognized us and welcomed us back. This is, and will probably always be our favorite brunch spot in Houston.

I place a large order about every 6 weeks for my office and the staff consistently knocks it out of the park with our order! Brock is extremely professional and friendly. The delivery is always on time or early and our orders have been accurate every single time, including accommodations to food sensitivities. The portions are generous, the menu has tons of variety, I could go on forever about how great this place is! View menu

Delicious food and very pet-friendly! We’re visiting from out of town with our dogs, so it's wonderful to enjoy breakfast on the patio instead of in our car. They even provided water and treats for our dogs. Just a heads-up: you need to go inside to place your order and pick up your food, which might be a bit tricky if you're alone with a dog. The food was fantastic! I tried the All-American meal, and everything was bursting with flavor.

Good coffee, decent food, questionable prices. My main gripe is the customer service. Most staff are friendly and agreeable but one of the ladies behind the counter needs to find a new job. She was extremely rude and dismissive. My family has met up there for breakfast several times but we won’t be going there again. I have also noticed traffic through there has steadily decreased. Maybe others have noticed the same poor CS? That place used to be packed! Today it was almost empty.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
