"My girlfriend and I were looking for an Asian buffet to go to after seeing that Dong's in Mooresville is closed on Tuesdays. We came here as I remember going as a kid and it had been good. Well times have changed and this place just isn't at all what it used to be. We were the only customers in the entire restaurant that evening and that should have been my first sign. This place is horrible. The first bite of food that hit my tongue was old and dry and I immediately was thinking that the meats and seafood had been sitting out all day. I wanted to leave right away and we did after about half a plate. Nothing was remotely fresh, juicy, or even really that hot despite being kept on a warmer. I don't know how they're even open with this poor quality of food for about $13 per person. I feel bad for anyone who has to come here. The employees sounded like they were yelling and arguing with each other as well and it didn't feel inviting to be there. I would rate them lower if possible."

This place was DISGUSTING! The food was cold, flavorless, and honestly this was the worst buffet I've ever been! Absolutely avoid. Not to mention everything was dry and old. I was honestly scared to eat the sushi and the hibachi was closed on aFriday. .

The food was dry and over cooked. It was like the food sat out all day or was from the day before. It wasn't good at all. Before the pandemic, I use to eat there at least once or twice a month. I am pretty sure I won't be going back. Sorry Peking, eating there wasn't a good experience.

This is a family-run restaurant that has been in operation for about 10 years in Los Angeles before the family relocated to Plainfield and opened this place. While the restaurant may show some signs of age, the food is outstanding—much better than many Chinese buffet restaurants I have visited. View menu

GROSS! I love leaving good reviews but this place is very undeserving- hate to leave 1 star to be honest! The food was old and dried out but worst of all the egg rolls weren't even filled, they are literally little rolls of empty breading??? My child now feels nauseous and so do I....will never go back! The icing on the cake- they were rude as well- heartless as a matter of fact. ?

The lady is kind and respectful but she is obviously short staffed. I've been to many Asian buffets and this is the worst by far. Back home we have a buffet that is clean, offers double the selections with double the flavor, and readily available with satisfactory temperatures and textures, all at 3 quarters of the price. Maybe she's fallen on hard times, but to be honest, I'd never eat here again.

I took my two grandsons to eat and spent $60 on our meal. I was really disappointed because the rice wasn’t even cooked properly, and the vegetables seemed like they had been sitting out for days. I ordered sweet tea, but the server brought me unsweetened tea instead, saying I could add sugar to it. Everyone knows that tea should be served cold, but it wasn’t. Overall, I was very disappointed, and they didn’t even have any Pepsi. View menu

I had a horrible experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, the prices were exorbitant, and the owner was rude. I strongly advise against visiting this place. The food was stale and unappetizing, and to make matters worse, the owner got into a confrontation with a customer due to the lack of food available. Overall, both the food and service were severely lacking. Spending $38 for two plates that were missing key items and tasted awful is just unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this restaurant!

Place is so disgusting.. the nearby Chinese Buffet was closed, so we decided to go to this place last Sunday. It 's quite pricey for the yucky food they serve. But the most disgusting was we found a hair at our food... let them aware about it..., at first they tried to ignore, and next they look at the color of my wife 's hair... Good thing my wife 's hair is not black.., and I got no hair, I 'm bald. that 's the time they admit and ask for apologies... but nothing else but only the word Apology! Just forgot to take pictures on it.... Hope authority will check this place.

"I went with my friend … two women. It was early Saturday evening 5:15. The restaurant was not busy. The food was good but costly. I had a ribeye steak … cooked to perfect temp … a tad salty and a tad greasy. But good. (Shoestring type fries …way too greasy … I ate only a couple. We had squash flowers stuffed with crabmeat for appetizer…absolutely delicious! And fabulous flourless peanut butter chocolate cake for dessert. We sat looking out at the lake. The bar has nice ambience too with fireplace and the lighting is nice. The servers were very sweet, but they seemed really nervous…like they were afraid they might make a mistake. They seemed to be under a lot of pressure. My complaint is with the waiter. He was pushy and rude. He cut me off when I asked him about a wine recommendation. I had to ask him to let me finish my sentence . When we said we would like to start with an appetizer and decide about our entree later, he said we couldn’t do that … that we would have to order our entree and appetizer at the same time. He was ridiculously rude. I tipped him accordingly. I gave the bulk of what would have been his tip to the servers because they were so sweet. Restaurant has a large parking lot and it would be very easy for the cars to park themselves, but it’s valet parking only. Really silly. It’s a nice place, but I came away thinking get over yourself … trying too hard to be classy which makes it not so classy."
