Peking Wok - Menu

This review is biased. I've been coming to Peking Wok since before it was in this location. If you haven't had Chef Peter's chicken, you're really missing out. The dinner portion sizes are large and well worth the the price.

Love getting takeout from here! I?ve been at least 3 times and always gotten something different, everything has always been delicious. I recommend the Hong Kong noodles! The portions are always huge too, you get your money?s worth. The takeout drinks are also delicious, I recommend the mai tai.

I ordered the Moo Goo Chicken and the Won Ton soup. My husband and I ordered a noodle dish to share. It was very good! The won tons were a nice size and full of meat; not mostly dough like other places in my experience. I will definitely return to eat here again. The staff are very kind and friendly. View menu

I recently had some spring rolls that were the best I've tasted in a long time. The Wor Wonton soup was just right, and the Mu Shu pork was incredibly delicious. The portion sizes were generous, too. I’m definitely adding this restaurant to my list of favorite lunch places. Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

We were excited to learn about the new location opening in River Village, right here in Bonsall, where we live. We eagerly anticipated our visit! Although there were a few minor issues at the outset after their opening, those have since been taken care of, and everything is now operating smoothly. We're really happy to have them back!

The service was prompt, and the staff were welcoming and professional. However, it appears that inflation has impacted the prices. We don't eat in or order takeout as frequently as we would prefer. In terms of parking, it can get busy at times, but it's generally manageable. For our takeout dinners, the cost per person typically falls between $30 and $50. View menu

This is our favorite Chinese restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is always friendly. I especially love their spicy Japanese eggplant; so scrumptious! We always start with their Egg Drop Soup. They add more veggies that most recipes I've seen which makes it extra delicious. We had more than enough leftovers for my son who decided to stay home today.

The staff was super on it and very friendly. It was a really busy Valentine's Day, so it took about 30 minutes to get our food but that was OK. We didn't have a reservation and we only waited about 5 or 6 minutes to be seated. I think the food was tasty, but but it didn't really feel it really feels great in my stomach. I think it was good for for restaurant food. They had live piano music which is a really nice addition when having a special night out. The pianist was very good!

This restaurant is a wonderful choice for couples or family gatherings. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was delighted to find the menu clearly labeled, and the staff informed me that almost all dishes can be made gluten-free, which I greatly appreciated! They even offer Tamari, a gluten-free soy sauce alternative. Everything we ordered was delicious. I particularly loved the Mongolian beef and the braided beans, while the Braised Orange Tofu has become a family favorite. The live piano music, usually featuring classic melodies, adds a charming ambiance to the space. Moreover, we find the prices to be very reasonable, as we always leave with plenty of leftovers.
