"Ordered here because the reviews were good. Ordered online which was convenient and it gave you a time that your order would be ready. I arrived at that time to learn that the order wasn 't even started. Fine, ok. I told the girl to leave the 4 bagels untoasted with cream cheese on the side because the order wasn 't even started. 30 minutes later I ask about my order because the place is filled with angry people waiting for their orders. The woman tells me they can 't find my order. In the meantime I receive a text saying my order is ready. They eventually find the order and all the bagels are untoasted with the cream cheese on them. I asked for it to be fixed so we wouldn 't be eating soggy gross bagels. Well their fix was to scrape off the cream cheese and put it into containers. I now have soggy bagels that can 't be toasted and a 2 oz container of warm cream cheese. Now onto the hot food. They put bread I 'm with wet eggs so now my toast is soaked in liquid, inedible. If they can 't manage the volume, turn off online ordering. They couldn 't even keep up with the line they had that was ordering and they yelled from the back for all to hear, stop taking orders! I don 't mind waiting, especially for a small business, but this was ridiculous."

We've visited this place while camping up in Jim thorpe and honestly cant say much for the place other than rude management and not the greatest food. There's certainly better places in Jim Thorpe that I'd rather spend my money and get a way better experience and food.

Had trouble finding another deli with bagels in the area so my expectations were low, but the bagels were really well made and they had a great selection. Staff was quick and kind. They didn?t have any dairy free cream cheese, which is more than fine butsomething good to note.

BUSY BUT WORTH THE WAIT my girlfriend said, "This is the best vegetarian bagel sandwich I ever had? Now we were hungry, but yes? it was delicious aside from a 20-minute waiting period on Sunday morning we have the Lachs Blt and the Cali Sandwich. Ends up with a half dozen bagels too! Come on!

Interesting little spot off the beaten path. Had an absolutely delicious brunch. Clean location with dining both indoors and out along with ample parking. Lots of choices of fresh bagels and coffees and yummy flavored butters. A nice place to stop if trying to avoid the crowds in the historic downtown area or just searching for a fresh change of pace.

do not go here!!! they do not deserve to have a business. these owners are so extremely rude and disrespectful. not kind people at all. i would give 0 stars if i could since that is what they truly deserve. bad service, bad food, and extremely rude, bad people. they should use the money from this establishment to invest in some therapy anger management classes. Tried out Perch while heading out of Jim Thorpe after a great Halloween season weekend. For quick reference, Perch is not cash only and there was ample parking in the available lot. Inside there was enough seating for everyone at that time, but I could definitely see the seating space running out if it got busier. The service was a little slow to prepare our bagel and sandwiches, however my iced coffee was quick to turnaround. Once the food did arrive, we had a great time trying out the different bagel options and eating our sandwiches. I'd definitely recommend swinging by if you're in the Jim Thorpe area, but maybe not if you're in a rush.

"The restaurant offers a wide variety of beer options, with a particular emphasis on their Pennsylvania selections, and they also have a cocktail menu. The food choices are well-balanced, providing a little bit of everything without being overwhelming. The kitchen service was quick, and the presentation of the dishes was impressive. Although I'm not usually a fan of homemade potato chips, I decided to try them here. They were the best homemade chips I've tasted, but they still didn't change my overall preference against them. Perhaps they could consider creating a signature seasoning for sweet and spicy homemade chips. During our visit, the bartender Rick faced a bit of a challenge. He was serving my husband and me when another patron accidentally knocked over his beer, spilling about half of it toward Rick behind the bar. I noticed that Rick barely got wet, with just a little beer hitting his pants. He muttered some angry remarks and stormed off to the kitchen, where we heard a loud crash. He soon returned with a towel, wiping down the bottles where the beer had spilled while clearly expressing his annoyance under his breath. A waitress then approached to take a drink order, and Rick explained that the patron had spilled beer on him, making a wiping gesture at his shirt, which was actually dry. When Rick went to take the patron’s payment, they exchanged some words. I felt that Rick overreacted to a minor mistake; the patron wasn’t drunk—he had simply bumped into the beer while packing his to-go food. Mistakes happen, and it’s important to remember that kindness brings happiness, Rick. Before leaving, I also asked if I could purchase a shot glass from their display, which had prices listed for various items. Rick initially went to storage but returned with a plastic shot cup, claiming they were the same. However, he eventually came around the bar and handed me the glass shot glass from the display. So, thank you, Rick! I appreciate your effort and willingness to make things right!"
