"My husband and I were excited about this restraunt after we had a great waitress and good food on our first visit. We will not be going back after today. We had take out a few weeks ago and the order was severely messed up. It was never fully fixed. We decided to try it again today dine in and it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Our waitress barely spoke to us when she came out from the kitchen. I accidently tipped my water glass over, she avoided our table, made eye contact with my husband, and then continued to do something on her phone. He asked the other waitress for a rag and she handed him 3 paper towels that barely touched the mess. We were basically ignored the whole time. My ranch was also on my water glass because she was carrying it in her armpit!"

This restaurant is conveniently located just off the exit ramp. The food was served hot and tasted great, and the restrooms were clean. The service was excellent as well. We will definitely be returning. View menu

If I could post less than 1 star I would. I ordered egg whites with cheese to go and when I opened my container it had a handful of salt and pepper packets ON the eggs, and NO cheese. They forgot my boyfriend's fruit and his breakfast also had a handful of packets on his food. I'm sure not ALL Perkins are this horrible... but the one in Apalachin, NY is. Don't waste your money.

The food was delicious! However the service was the worse I've ever had. My family was seated with my 2 toddlers and then just left there for 10 minutes so I got up and got high chairs myself. Waited another period of time for the waitress. Put in out order,including drinks. She brought out drinks with our food. Asked us if we were having desert as she was putting down our meal on the table. Then when into the kitchen and immediately came back with check before we even began eating. Never cane back again. No refills on drinks. No napkins worse service ever!
