"I've been a fan of Pho 11 for years so I really hope this dip is temporary. However I've seen a drop in quality now that they're only doing delivery and take out. I recently picked up an order 10-15 minutes after placing the order. The broth was warm (instead of piping hot like it used to be). The noodles and embellishments were cold like they had just been plucked from the fridge. Once combined, the resulting pho was basically room temp broth with cold clumps of vermicelli and veggies. Was definitely not what I needed on a cold winter day, especially for the price. Really hope to see this place bounce back."

Really good! I got the beef pho and my friend got the tendon pho and they were both delicious.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic for both me (a vegetarian) and my non-vegetarian partner. I highly recommend it!

I had an excellent dining experience at Pho 11! I was surprised by the one-star reviews. I have never encountered any issues here and the service is outstanding.

The last three times we ordered from here was wrong. We ordered Wonton soup and got fried Wontons. What a disappointment. I called them and they tried to tell me the difference between the two. Yeah, I know what the difference is that I ordered soup. Never again.

we worked in lock haven, which is about 45 minutes east of the state college and this is the only Vietnamese restaurant in a circle of 50 miles. that is, it's pretty legit for a college town in pa. pho is always great and the only one I've got is the egg rolls. They are pathetic tiny for the price they have paid, and it's just okay. View menu

Ordered pho here for pickup on ricepo, the food was ready to go by the time we arrived (20-30 mins), the soup and noodle are packaged separately which is a plus. It is a pretty normal pho place, and you get what pho is expected to taste like, the soup was only warm by the time we got home but there is nothing they could have really done about that. Overall pretty good comfort food.

I love Pho so that I was so happy to find this restaurant near the hotel where I had trained. The parking lot was empty when we were nearby on Friday. It seemed to be a continuous process of orders. You place your order from a kiosk... easy and self-explaint. Staff work immediately on your order and very soon it will be brought out. The Pho and the fried egg rolls were very good! The strawberry bat I ordered was decent - it had a beautiful strawberry taste. It is with water/ice and no milk. Overall I enjoyed everything and I would visit again.
