"As a part of the Piccola Cucina group, the quality of the food was just as the downtown restaurant, meaning it is some of the best Italian food in Manhattan. The price is very reasonable, around $50 a person, for some very high quality ingredients. Many of the appetizers are delicious, however, there are quite a few that are very heavy, i.e the focaccia with prosciutto or the Vitello Tonatto. The pastas are all some of the best you will have, all are delicious, and their selection of fish is ste … – show"

Didn’t take pictures unfortunately. Food was GREAT! Service very good! And loved the ambience. We got a greeek salad and osobucco o ravioli! After that, coffee with biscotti. I need to go back! View menu

Good Italian restaurant with great wine selection (my Montepulciano was lovely) and fantastic service. My ossobuco ravioli were a good choice, though next time I’ll probably go with other options.

I reserved 2:30 pm, seated at 3:10 pm, little annoyed but everyone was friendly and kept apologizing, so i felt ok most importantly i was melted by the food. (Ceviche, pasta, and salmon) Food was nice, tasty and great portion! We tried recommended wine and it was fantastic pairing. And the price it was cheaper than I expected/1 appetizer, 2 main, 1 dessert, 2 glasses of wines and 2 coffees about $130 But the location is very crowded and small (totally ok for me as a new yorker, but I h … – show

Food is PHENOMENAL!!!! Simple, rustic pastas and sides done extremely WELL! Fresh, homemade and bathed in the right sauces to make you want to dunk your face into them. Sliced hand-sized Crostini with three (3 different spreads: Chickpea Hummus (could have used more saltiness. Not totally bland but the least favorite. Smoked Salmon and Capers and Tomatoes in Oil were amazing. The Mozzarella in Carrozza is three (3 triangular Pullman sizes of fresh Mozz breaded in what seemed like bread crumbs … – show View menu

The only Italian restaurant I liked in the city! We asked for some recommendations and our sever was very helpful. We got arancine for appetizers which was soso. We ended up choosing green tagliatelle and cacio e pepe for mains, and I loved the green tagliatelle. Both pastas we very hearty and filling so to be honest no appetizers were needed. I would definitely come here again for the pastas. Highly recommended, coming from someone who doesn't usually like Italian food. Also the service was gr … – show

It was a lovely experience! The food was delectable, which, of course, is the most important thing for any restaurant. But the atmosphere was cozy and had an upscale feel to it. It was also great to hear Italian being spoken by the staff. Friendly, attentive, and professional service. I particularly admired that my server held my main course while I ate my appetizer. He watched carefully and timed when he sent my order to the kitchen so it was brought out right after I finished. It's a touch th … – show
