It was a lovely place! The food was great, and the service was excellent, giving off a relaxed bar/restaurant atmosphere. The TV and music were at just the right volume. The staff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived and throughout our meal. Everything we tried was delicious.

The food was overpriced and, at best, average. We ordered the chimichangas, which were filled with rice and beans, but skimped on the chicken. The queso and beef appetizer was decent, but the chips and salsa came at an extra cost. There are much better Mexican restaurants in NYC; unfortunately, this is not one of them.

The guacamole was fresh they make it in front of you and ask you how you want it so it was very good. We ordered salsa but of the 3 they brought out they all tasted terrible. Our server was very nice and accommodating. I had the skirt steak and tostones, the steak was good and the tostones were fried well but they were a little sweet and I didn't like that. What a charming little gem in the neighborhood! The decor is lovely, the drinks are fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is festive, and the food is delicious. Our large party of 10 had absolutely no complaints. My 2 and 3.5-year-olds adored the cheese quesadilla and the yuca fries. I enjoyed a tasty veggie quesadilla, while my husband opted for the steak fajitas. Others in our group relished the salmon and fish tacos, veggie burrito, taco salad, and more. The churros were the perfect finishing touch—so fresh and delicious! I would definitely return and try new items from the menu.

Pico de Gallo, formerly known as Guacamole, has recently rebranded, and while the menu has seen some updates, the essence of the restaurant remains unchanged. The food continues to be excellent, and the service is just as good as ever. One of the highlights is the guacamole, which is prepared right before your eyes, adding a personal touch to your dining experience. They're also offering a fantastic happy hour deal every day. I find myself ordering from here at least once a week, and the food is consistently delicious. I particularly love their guacamole fresco and ceviche, and the tacos are fantastic too. Plus, the backyard provides a lovely atmosphere.

This place was so great! My boyfriend and I got the yuca appetizer, it was so great, we were obsessed with it. Then for entres I got the birrias, and my partner got the enchiladas verde and again it was just so delicious, it had been a while since we got authentic great quality mexican food. Finally for dessert we got the flan and churros (we just had to get both , by then we were absolutely stuffed but the flan was one of the best we've ever had, and the churros were stuffed with some caramel type of filling and it was perfect!
