"I did not know that Pizza Hut now uses DoorDash for their deliveries. I will never order from any Pizza Hut again because of this. I placed an order at 3:35. By 4:45pm it was not delivered yet. Once I found out that they use DoorDash for deliveries, I understood why. I had planned to do a $5 cash tip, so there was no tip on the card. DoorDash drivers won't pick up orders with no tip showing because that's the only way they get paid. While on the phone with the restaurant at 4:51pm I received a text message telling me that my order would be delivered by. DoorDash driver at 5:20pm! I had asked the store person right away when I called at 4:45 if my pizza was completed and ready, and she confirmed it was. In fact, I'd bet it was ready at 4pm like the Pizza Hut app said. So they were trying to send me a pizza that would have been sitting their for an hour and half! STOP USING DOOR DASH!!!!!! Hire drivers directly and pay them correctly."

So not only did they run out of boneless wings by 6pm it took over an hour for me to get a medium pepperoni pizza ordered at 6:20pm Come to find out they used door dash to deliver my order even though I ordered it on the app which charged me twice. Was given hand tossed pizza when I ordered pan pizza- Meat Lovers. Manager told me that I could get a new pizza freshly made correctly because pan pizza is an up charge. Because the manager, Jeremiah, was not physically in the store to uphold this, the staff refused to remake my pizza. And no one has not clue when Jeremiah will be returning. Ordered a personal pan pepperoni. 0 stars for food.. only leaving 2 stars because of the customer service the cashier provided was up to par. But for the food... the cheese was so thick, it wasn't fully melted. Possibly causing me to get sick if I ate it. After removing the cheese from the thick amount of sauce they applied, after I ordered light sauce, the dough was still doughy. The only thing done on the damn pizza was the pepperoni Definitely have to do better when folks are spending their funds.
