Pizza Hut - Menu

It's a fantastic pizza spot! However, they could improve on cutting the pizza more evenly.

We received the wrong pizza during our last two visits, and they refused to correct the mistake.

Not a problem with the Hut at our mall, but the website order process was confusing had to enter the order 3 times before it was right. View menu

I have posted an order online and paid online, but when we went to pick it up, the load was closed! how did that happen? and when they were called to complain, nobody answered the phone and when they complained to the company, they said I would refund.

If I could give zero Stars I would.I called the store at 4pm Placed my order Was told it would be 15 minutes When we arrived to pick up the pizzaThe store was closed We waited For 45 minutes For the doors to be opened Why are they taking orders if they aren't open.This is a poor way to do run a business!

Ordered a pizza and 2 sodas plus 10 marina sauce at 3:06 pm on 8/27/21, selected cash as payment Preordered delivery for 4pm as the website said that was next delivery. Never received order. My family ordered from the Logan store this past weekend and our food was definitely not worth the price. The pizzas were cold and had little to no toppings on them. They were mostly just crust. The wings had no sauce on them, the pasta was noodles with cheese again no sauce and the Cinnabon’s were doughy and cold. It was very disappointing. More than likely not going to return and do not recommend.

Paid for pizza. PHut took my payment. Said 10-15 min for order. Went to store for pickup., store had hand written note on door saying closed until 4pm. My payment processed at 130 pm, called at least 5 times. Phone said sorry we are closed. Went back to store at 6pm, 9/3. Store had new signs saying store will re open at 4pm 9/4 which would be the following day. ... Why process my payment, then store be closed??

1st Visit: The phone app was malfunctioning, so I had to order directly from the store manager. While the pizzas were made on time, one of them was missing meat. As a corrective measure, they offered me a $20 store credit linked to my phone number. 2nd Visit: This time, the pizzas were correct, but they couldn’t locate the previous credit, so it wasn’t applied. There was no manager present to address the issue. 3rd Visit: I placed another phone order since the app was still down. I verified that my order was attached to the boxes.
