"I ordered ahead of time because I wanted to save time and make things more convenient. Unfortunately, this is the third time I've come to pick up my order, and it’s still wrong! Now I have to wait again for them to prepare my order from scratch. To make matters worse, the manager has a bad attitude, rolls his eyes, and doesn’t seem to care that it’s their mistake. It’s really disappointing because Douglas has few dining options, and the customer service is quite poor."

I order a stuff crust pizza at 6:14 and waited a hour and then called they said it will come in 15 minutes and then 3 hours later I waited out side in the cold waiting for my pizza then I called the 3rd time and they said I didn't order my pizza in hour ago it was four hours and pizzahut still didn't bring my pizza so I don't know what's going on but the girl manager was being disrespectful when I was asking nicely for my pizza
