"I placed an order at 6:32 on Friday Nov 1st. Online it said delivery 25 mins. We had family and friends unexpectantly stop by with kids. Pizza Hut Seemed like an easy fix to my dinner dilemma. I ordered a couple of pizzas(but different ones), a couple of melts, a couple orders of boneless wings and cheese bread. After checking the progress online it said I should receive by like 7:02, with it showing the car like it’s out for delivery. About 7:45 I call because I have hungry people and most of all hungry kids! I was told they would be headed my way, we did receive a delivery at 8:08p. Over an hour and a half after my original order When my husband brought it in I asked where the chicken was??!? I also notice one of the pizzas is wrong. Which may not be a big deal when you’re dealing with grown ups but some kids can be very different ! I immediately called the store back to ask where my two orders of boneless chicken wings are and my correct second pizza, the manager was nice. His name was Koda but was not trained to handle a situation like this. I got a lot of well I think or I can try which just infuriated me most especially when he said I can try to have it out there by the time they close, 11p. His words were that they had a lot of orders in and mine will go in last!!??? which I tried to explain I made my order at 6:32. My order should be corrected immediately not wait an additional 2 to 3 hours to get our dinner. I received a call at 9:08 stating everything was ready, they just needed to cut the pizza and would be right over. I live less than 10 mins from the store. At 10:03, almost an hour later, and two hours since telling the store about the mistakes I call the store but heat a car door outside. I am not trying to be vindictive only share my experience so if you are ever in a situation that you need your food to actually come, come all together or it would leave you in a situation like it left me, trying to feed my company and my family. I would have never posted this. Please remember we waited for three hours and 30 minutes. I cannot recommend Pizza Hut. To Make matters even worse when I received a survey to fill out, I included all of this information and I received a follow up. It was actually a code so I could get a free 2 L. That just showed Pizza Huts customer service Priorities. If I would have received an adequate acknowledgment of the situation that happened and what should have been done . Instead the dinner reflected poorly on me with the crying hungry kids, the absolute absurdity of the correction, and the general hunger everyone felt. And for the pleasure of this I paid $50 plus delivery tip"
