"We have ordered from this location once a week for over a year and the last two times we ordered the quality has been way down. I purchased a ham and cheese sub that had one small slice of ham that looked like regular lunch meat I had in the fridge and the entire sub was as thin as a slice of pizza. My husband also had 2 sandwiches with extra meat and cheese that were the same. We received 1/2 of a pickle slice, not even the entire slice and our bill is always close to $50 and we tip $10 each time. Not sure that we will continue as regulars with the food quality going down as it has. It's sad, this used to be one of my favorite locations"

It's a very plain restaurant. They have a lunch buffet Mon Frid 11 2. Will ask you what kind of pizza you want. Buffet includes salad bar. Very fast on pickup.

Pizza looked good but it was nasty the first one tasted like the dough wasn’t fully cooked I took it back they was nice enough to replace it I should’ve just got a refund because the second pizza was still nasty I spit it out…business closed at 9pm so I couldn’t take it back for the second time ??

Absolutely the BEST pizza plus in East TN and Southwest VA. Good clean store. Happy friendly workers and the owner is down to Earth. Food was excellent and the buffet was full . The best salad bar ever. It had everything you could put in a salad . This is hands down the absolute best pizza place ever in history. View menu

This isn't just the best Pizza Plus, this is hands down the best pizza restaurant I've personally ate at!!! The atmosphere is just like setting down at grandma's house! The owner personally cooks what you ask for, and the salad bar is the best around! I highly recommend the s'more desert pizza, it's over the moon GOOD!

This place has really went down hill in the last year. Went in to make a salad and a guy behind the counter was cutting a pizza with his hair hanging in his face and had on flip flops. Out of cups for drinks out of lemon for tea. Went in another time to make a salad and salad bar had been put up was told this after I paid for it. Guy acted like he didn't know what to do. Was told they were closing at 7 due to weather. Brought the cart out and was told to get what I wanted. Had to unwrap all the salad stuff what was left of it. No dressing. Was not told this when I placed order over phone..
