"Lost an avid lover of Suttles today. At 550, sold out of potato’s, chicken, ribs. Had a pick up order, they told us 30 minutes, we drove through at 25 minutes they took our $51.00 said it’d be another 20. Now an hour past the time the order was placed, no food no eta on when it’ll be ready but the funds are out of my account. Suggestion: be forthcoming about the time it’s going to take when the order is placed and/or, don’t take the money if the consumer will have to wait an additional 30 minutes (hour total) after when they were told it’d be ready. Suttles has always been one of our go-tos, it feels the service slips by each visit. I hate writing this review but something has to give. The food is TOO GOOD for the service to be this bad. Especially for premade food. (Brisket, Sausage, Potato salad) that’s all we ordered. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5"

"New update...June 29 This joint is about as organized as a Chinese fire drill. From iced tea to lunch? Come on! Haha. But I still love eating here. They make mistakes, but they are fast to make things right. It is still the best place I know for traditional dishes and daily specialties. Everthing has a fresh taste. I'm glad this place exists. Updated on 5 November 2021. I hope to return my rating to five stars. That's still one of my favorite places to eat. Great value for all foods. Quality is usually great. People are wonderful. Only you know that, now anyway, the place is a hot mess. Orders are wrong. Waiting time is long. There's confusion. It's not her fault. They simply deal with personnel shortages like all others. They shake their best to satisfy people. But I just wanted people to know that now is not a good time to eat there when you're short. This is almost a five-star diner experience. Great value. I had a wonderful CF steak. The roll was definitely freshly baked. The potatoes were definitely fresh... not restored. The severity was authentic. Really good. I'll hold the five star back for the salad. It was a prefabricated salad with only iceberg salad, tomatoes and cheese. It probably had been sitting in the fridge for a while and lacking freshness. Not much, because it was just a secondary court. But I'd like to order a real salad. But the food is great, overall. I'll be back soon."

"Margie and Jim were AMAZING to work with. I had to reschedule due to rain and they were VERY accommodating and I never worried that there would be an issue with their delivery. They were on time and the sandwich boxes and cookie pizzas were still warm. The softball team LOVED them!! Thank you for being so dependable and cost efficient.Kid-friendliness: They delivered for my daughter's softball team (teens). The girls ABSOLUTELY loved the club sandwich boxes!"

"I typically only write reviews when I have negative experiences, especially at fast food places, but I think I just had the best burger of my life here—and I've had plenty of burgers before. It was 1 PM on September 5, 2021, and Takilyah, my cashier, was incredibly sweet. This team deserves some recognition. The kitchen staff clearly knows their way around a good burger, and they seem to have a great sense of pride in their work."
