"Edited: While we did have the experience below, management reached out and handled the situation. Thank you! We’ll be back to give this location another try. We’ve been Pluckers fans for years and we’ve never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, this Sunday afternoon, we ordered takeout. The ordering process was slow and it took three employees to help us actually get the order placed. We picked the food up as soon as it was ready, as we were waiting inside the restaurant. They initially forgot two sides and a main, which we finally received after pointing it out… However, we still never got the kids’ juice boxes… We decided to just let it go and left.We were denied sides of ranch as “that would be extra.” Yet we ordered $80 worth of food… Never once have we been told ranch would be extra when we’ve dined in.The chicken was dry. All of it. Tenders, wings, kid’s popcorn chicken. All dry. The fries were soggy. The fried pickles had no batter… you could see the pickles through spotty batter. The burger was so dry and unseasoned, it was inedible. Portions were small and disappointing. Unfortunately, this will probably be our last trip to Pluckers."

I really enjoyed the food, and the drinks were excellent. I plan to take my family there when they come to visit me again.

I couldn't help but give this restaurant a five-star rating. Everything, from the water to the wings, was absolutely delicious. The service provided by the staff was excellent all around. I was pleasantly surprised by the fried pickles; they were amazing!

Greaat place! It had a lot of TVs. People were watching football games and eating. I ordered regular lemonade, 5 wings combo with the Hallelujah sauce it is spicy but very delicious) tater tots which was crispy and crunchy and somehow soft. I recommend the place and the food. That was an amazing experience.

If you're a fan of wings, this is the place for you! The service is excellent and ready to assist you. You can even join the waitlist on Yelp instead of waiting in person. I loved the atmosphere and the staff. The wings are incredibly flavorful and generously coated in sauce! My favorite was the honey BBQ. I will definitely return to try their other wing flavors again on Monday!

I really enjoy Pluckers, and I've ordered takeout from this location before, which was great with excellent service. Unfortunately, this time my order was completely incorrect—I was missing five wings and received extra celery. I've tried reaching out to the manager but haven't had any luck; it seems they are quite busy, so I'm hoping this message will help. All I want is a refund for the missing items. I don’t want to be negative, and I understand that mistakes can happen. Typically, they do a fantastic job!

The wings at this restaurant are prepared perfectly. They have just the right amount of crispiness, and thankfully, they're not those oversized wings that make you wonder if they’re from genetically modified chickens—they're perfectly normal! If you visit on Tuesdays, kids can eat for free with the purchase of an adult entree. We come here often and have always had a great experience. Just keep in mind that if you arrive during peak dinner hours, you might have to wait a bit. The kids also receive a fun little toy, along with an activity sheet and crayons to keep them entertained. Plus, the big screen TVs add to the overall enjoyment. View menu

Great service from our waiter at the bar. He made suggestions and was very attentive. Chicken delicate salad was good and the ranch dressing tasted fantastic. Jumbo wings fit well with the cold design beer. Wednesday evenings they have live trivia, so it got a little distracting while I tried to watch my astros. The toilets were clean and in stock. $58 (minus tip) for 2 to dine. All in all, it was a good evening. Update to visit January 3, 2022: the BLT is great! The ratio of bacon to mayonnaise, salad and tomatoes makes this the best BLT I had in a very long time! Love it! I didn't even think to take a picture, but I'll be next time. That brings this place from a previous 4 stars to 5 stars...

The service was ok. The waitress was neglectful at the beginning but got better towards the end. There is a $2 increase on wings for every 5 wings due to a wing shortage. The menu prices aren't updated yet to reflect this but they do hand you a flyer explaining it. It was kind of busy so it took awhile for the food to come out. Everything was hot and the order was correct so that was a plus. The strawberry lemonade is a nice size and it was delicious. The wings are big so it's worth the normal menu price. $15.45 for a 10 wing combo but it was an additional $4 for the shortage). The fried pickles were amazing it's the dill spheres and not the slices). I also had the fried mushrooms and they w...

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
