"TOTAL??? I drove all the way from Dallas to surprise my daughter, who works here. I coordinated with Dalton, Rebeka, Reann, and Niya, the manager I spoke with the night before. I asked if it would be okay for me to drop off my daughter's cakes and balloons as soon as we left Dallas. Then we planned to pick her up and come back for dinner. When my daughter’s little sister and I arrived, we settled into a nice spot. The service was fantastic, and the lemon pepper and spicy ranch wings, along with the salads, were delicious! Thank you to Plucker for making my daughter’s birthday celebration special, even while she’s away."

Great chicken wings (with bones or boneless). Great choice of seasoning and sides. Nice sporty atmosphere . Great service. We really spent a good time.

Great place for wings and/or a chicken sandich The service was fantastic. Our waitress was excellent. If you love spicy garlic, I reccomend the Vampire Killer sauce.

Nice enough place Service from waitress was excellent. Then it went completely down hill. Kitchen messed up everything we ordered. Chicken wings were dry and not that great. I will never go back.

Haven't been here in a while but was very satisfied with the food and service. My wife had a Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and I had some hot wings. We had some cheese sticks that were the size of egg rolls. View menu

I think it?s overrated, I mean, it?s good but nothing spectacular. I was told this was THE place for the biggest wings? ehh. Their ?hot? is more like mild/med? we had to ask for the hot (extra) thinking the med was mild, nope (the wings are on the dry side). Everything was good though? it did take awhile but I won?t consider that since I know everything is understaffed. Our waiter was great.

I took my son and nephew out for brunch, and we had a fantastic time! The mozzarella sticks were enormous and super cheesy. My son ordered the "Sink Hot Dog," while I had wings with a side of Pringles. My nephews enjoyed the boneless wings with waffles. We all loved the food! The Arnold Palmer was probably the best I've had in recent years. I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in the city!

Great place to sit down and watch some sports. Our food was amazing! The sampler is absolutely massive, the wings are also really good quality and cooked well. The only let down was the vampire killer sauce was not spicy at all (indicates 3/5 spicy on menu). However the Jamango Jerk (also 3/5 spicy on menu) was pretty hot, much hotter than the vampire killer which was a little confusing. Overall, amazing place with great staff and menu options. Will return! View menu

I arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes after it opened and ordered a 15-wing combination. Unfortunately, the wings arrived cold. The bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable, and he kindly made another batch, but they came out cold again as well. I ended up boxing them to take home. Typically, this place is always busy, so I guess I'll need to visit during peak hours to enjoy fresh, hot wings. I'll give it another try. Thanks for the response, and kudos to the owners—I heard your story, and it's very impressive!

We drove from Spring to have wings from my favorite place, but I don't think we'll do that for a while. The waitress was nice, but the quality of the food has decreased significantly. My food was warm, near the cold side. Wings were tiny, hard and crispy as if they were sitting for a while. Asked for extra hot taste and normally the wet, but these were dry. I love the waffles with spicy ranch and they just looked weird. Image on the right is as they usually look, image on the left was greasy and cold. Not the best experience.

"We visited the Los Alamitos location this trip for late lunch, early dinner. My husband got an All American Beach Melt. It was a full pound cheeseburger on grilled Parmesan Sour Dough. He was delightfully overwhelmed! I decided to try the prime rib dinner because the prime rib dip is out of this world! I was extremely disappointed! The meat was cold and flavorless. The aujus again had no flavor. The creamy horseradish could have been sour cream, and it has absolutely no flavor at all, no zing. Our waitress was sweet but disappointing. All of our food came to the table at the same time. Our appetizer actually arrived after our entree plates. Our waitress did a vanishing act. She did not once return to the table. Our water and tea cups sat empty throughout our meal. Other servers took care of the tables to our right, and to our left, we remained completely ignored. After finishing our meals, we sat for about 15 20 minutes with my husband, trying to get anyone to pay attention to even our empty glasses. Finally, it appeared to be someone in management who asked if we were waiting for boxes. My husband told her we 'd like a check AND boxes so we can leave. She brought our check and 3 boxes, no questions or comments. My husband paid in cash, and she said, I 'll see you next time. He commented. There won 't be a next time. We enjoy the Foothill Ranch location, a much friendlier environment. Today 's lesson learned is that it was not a good idea to order steak at a sandwich shop."

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"
