"12/06/23 We arrived at 5:25pm and this is what was said upon entering. . 'The cook is on his break and will be back in 20 minutes. We waited 30 minutes. 30 minutes for a 12 piece chicken only. That pretty much says it all. This is the 3rd time within 6 months that this has happened where we had to wait because there was no chicken cooked. It 's a fried chicken establishment. Knowing how much foot traffic comes through here, you should always have chicken cooked. Management needs to do a better job ... managing. This is usually our first choice for fried chicken spots but we 've decided we will not be returning."

This is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. The staff are slow, lazy, and lack motivation. The food is rarely ready on time, even when I place an online order. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother going here.

They keep canceling orders no matter what time it is! I ordered TWO chicken sandwiches, but they canceled it because it was "too busy." If you can't handle the rush, why not just turn off online orders? I wasted my time waiting when I could have ordered from somewhere else.

Went in before 9pm, only had spicy chicken, no mashed potatoes n gravy, got home 7 min later n everything was cold....Mac n cheese still had unmelted cheese n bisquets were hard n cold too....to say the least I'm not a happy camper....I spend allot of money for throw away food!!!! View menu

This has to be the slowest Popeyes in history! Not only are the ppl slow the machines are slow! When I walked in I wasn’t greeted or anything while the manager was solving and issues no I’ll be right with you nothing. It’s dirty in here and I guess they only have one worker on Friday.

Hello folks, there's no other way to relay this to whoever reads my complaint. Hope the owner becomes aware. I walked in and I wasn't greeted. I wasn't asked how I was doing. I wasn't asked how I could be helped. I showed a short female my coupon from a picture I took of it. She consulted with the supervisor about granting it or not because it was on the phone. Of course you can I said, then the female cashier gave me a really bad look. If looks could kill, I would be dead in front of the cash register. What's happening to Long Beach Westside. Not doing business there again.
