"Just like many reviews the employees here are rude, poor customer service !!! The food is good that’s one thing you can’t knock down and it’s funny how they line up the yum yum sauce for display and charge you 50 cents!! I ordered some dumplings it’s no brainer that it should come w the sauce but oh well ! And Ik 50 cents won’t be a big deal for some of the customers but it’s how they address you, unbelievable! Don’t go in there all fumbling and shy they’ll take advantage of you."

As for parking, it can be quite difficult to find a spot nearby during busy times.

Great good, which was deserving of 5 stars but the fact that they haven't opened up their dining area is the reason for the 5 star rating.

The food is delicious, but I find it frustrating that it's still takeout only and there are no indoor restrooms. If I'm paying to eat there, I believe I should have access to a bathroom.

I ordered the chicken and shrimp. The portion sizes have gotten smaller. I noticed it at the Mt. Airy location now this one also. There was one piece of carrot and about 3 peas, and about 4 shrimp in my container.Food: 2/5 View menu

The food is pretty good and leftovers were good. Better than average fast food. Decent price too! The service is kind of weird, but the guys seemed nice. The place is not fancy or anything, and they were working on the Soda machine when I was there so it was kind of noisy. I'm sure that was temporary.Food: 4/5

I've always enjoyed the food from this place, but the atmosphere could definitely use some improvement. The staff isn't very welcoming, and it seems like the other customers are a bit grumpy as well. It might just be the later hours when I visit, but it creates a less inviting vibe. However, the food is great and served quickly!

The portion of chicken served is very minimal; you can hardly find any chicken on your plate. The management seems to think that customers won't notice they’re essentially paying for just rice and vegetables. This operator is a disgrace to the entire franchise and should lose their license. The branches in Germantown and Gaithersburg are far superior. View menu

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant several years ago, so I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, it was still terrible. The "vegetables" were just a pile of cooked cabbage with a few carrots thrown in. The white rice was dry, and there was barely any chicken given the amount of rice. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

We love dining here regularly because it’s always bustling, and the food is quite good. However, when you place an order in advance, your meal should be ready when you arrive. There have been times when they forget to include the sauce, which makes my dish dry and difficult to eat. I’ve had neck surgery and a fusion, so swallowing anything dry or overcooked can be challenging for me. Overall, though, the food is still great.

"Every Wednesday and Thursday there is a great deal at the bar their burger, fries, and a beer for 20 dollars, so obviously I had to go. A steal! FYI only one beer is served for the deal. It 's Hank from Olde Mother Brewing Co. which was a 16oz light lager. All three of us loved the burger which was huge: two patties, thick cut bacon, pickles, onions, cheddar cheese, and a burger sauce, yum yum yum! The fries have old bay seasoning, and ya know... Maryland, amiright? They were served with ketchup and the burger sauce. The two people who came with me didn 't care for the beer, but that 's only because they aren 't beer people. I slurped mine up (and my partner 's and thought it was perfect with the burger. We also ordered new seasonal dessert items, which were pecan pie with maple ice cream and pumpkin cheesecake with grape sorbet. We couldn 't resist! The bartender and a waitress were raving about the pecan pie, and yes, it was really delicious. I loved the maple ice cream. I had the pumpkin cheesecake which was so soft and delicate. I 'm not a huge Concord grape fan but I ate all of the sorbet like a dehydrated person who was stranded on an island. It was very refreshing and cut through the fattiness of the cheesecake perfectly. The waiter was very nice and attentive! The bar was very clean and poppin ' and had people either taking advantage of the burger deal or eating other things from the menu. It did get loud at some points, which is expected because it was the bar, however(! there were no obnoxious drunk people killing the vibe. PS: I unfortunately didn 't take any photos this time. Sorry!"
