Rachetti's Cafe Pizzeria

We are from Chicago, moved to Georgia 6 months ago. We can verify this is authentic Chicago pizza and Italian Beef. They were very busy, but managed it well. We drive 45 minutes once a month we love it so much.

I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, sausage, and pepperoni, but I was really disappointed. Most of the pizza was just dough with sauce, and only the center slices had any toppings. The crust was thick and tough, making it hard to enjoy. I ended up eating just a few of the middle pieces with toppings and tossed the rest. I won't be ordering from this place again.

20? Chicago Deep Dish- first time in my life I have felt intimidated by a pizza! I am a huge fan of Chicago-style pie and Rachettis did not disappoint. $45 meal included the largest pizza I?ve ever had on my table, a bonus 10? 1 topping thin crust that came free with our order, side salad and a draft beer. There was enough food to fill 8 hungry bellies! Our server was excellent. The seating was uncomfortable enough to default to ordering takeout in the future. I would drive more than an hour for their food.

Wow, wow, wowwie wow!!! This place is off the chain hook! My wife and I got a Chicago style deep dish pizza and it was amazing. Be patient. It's deep dish and takes a while to cook. We had Mac and Cheese bites to start with while the pizza was cooking. They were creamy cheesy and yummy. Then the pizza arrived. OMG! Is huge. One slice was enough. I tried two but put half of it in the box to take home. My wife and I, beig from the north, are always on the hunt for good pizza. This pizza, Rachetti's Pizza, is one of the best we've had in GA. My family and I were excited to try this pizza especially after everyone was raving about it and when we got home it was completely raw. The edges around were cooked even a little burnt but the inside was not. We paid 40$ and waited for almost an hour. I?m sure it would have been delicious if it was cooked all throughout! I?d recommend everyone to double checking to make sure your deep dish pizza is cooked all the way before driving home(this was our mistake) However I am leaving 5 stars because their customer service was awesome, they were understanding and got our issue fixed. Where do I begin? First of all, when we arrived, the restaurant wasn't busy, yet it was quite warm inside, and the temperature only increased as we waited. We ordered a "thin crust" Margherita pizza, but after more than 50 minutes, what we received was a pizza with a semi-thick crust, and there were no plates provided. We had to wait even longer for plates and cheese. Throughout our visit, there was no offer to refill our drinks. We requested ice three times to cool them down, but it wasn't until my wife went to the bar herself that we finally got some. First-time customer, delivery order: We experienced an excessive wait time (order placed at 7:12pm and partially received at 9:40pm, almost 75 minutes beyond the online delivery estimate) and still have yet to receive our full order.I called for an update after the first 30 minutes beyond our delivery estimate passed and was advised our order was on its way. Another 45 minutes later it arrived, but incomplete. I called the restaurant back to cancel that part of our order but was told it was on its way back out and should be delivered in 15 minutes. But we were right, and we ended up with a messed-up pizza. We would have asked for a replacement, but after spending over an hour there, we were just eager to leave. My husband reluctantly ate what they served him.
