"I normally avoid this location as it has been problematic in the past. I pulled up to the drive thru to order and the person on the other end was delivering her sales pitch, suggesting specific menu deals. She was speaking so fast that it sounded like gibberish. The high quality audio at the drive up didn 't help either. I understand they are trying to handle the customers as fast as possible, but when they are delivering their responses and have to repeat the response because it is inaudible, there is no time savings... Speak clearly, in a conversational voice and the customers will be more likely to hear what is being said.The food was about the same quality I have come to expect from Rally 's."

Makes me sad that my burger is always cold and the vegetables are always big and blocky and I have always liked rally’s but it’s been on a downward spiral … they need to change management or something … I shouldn’t expect much from a fast food restaurant but I wish that food would at least come out

Ok Rallys u won me back!! Cinnamon apple pies???? are off the ???? Knott..Big cup of seasoned fries ???? Are always hot and the garlic parm bone in wings are ????..with bluecheese dipping sauce omw !!! Its a Perfect late night snack when u wanna be naughtyand eat all the naughty foodies lol ????
