"I really wanted to like this and I’ll probably give it one more try because of that. I like the idea of Italian dim sum and the flavors were good, but the ambiance was lacking. First, there was only one other table at the restaurant on a warm Sunday night while every other restaurant around had a nice crowd. Second, the waiter wasn’t that attentive given that there was only one other party. Overall it was okay. I’ll give it another try with someone who’s willing to really test out the menu."

The waiter seemed annoyed that we had our son with us, so we left.

Really fun experience- my friends and I love the concept of “Italian dim-sum!” We shared the Amatriciana Ricotta Spinaci Raviolo, the Carbonara Buns, and the Cacio e Pepe bunboloni. Don’t skip on the Gin Tonic bar either! The Death’s Door is made with black gin and super delish. Service was friendly. We’ll be back to sit outside again all summer!

Raviolo had a very interesting take on cuisine that was fantastic. My girlfriend and I went for my birthday last week and were very pleased with the experience. It is a small joint that isn't super crowded, but definitely worth a try for those who haven't had it. The Italian food that has a feel of a mix in with Asian cuisine is so cool and a delight for the taste buds.

This restaurant in NYC is a hidden gem that I discovered through social media. The concept is innovative - offering bite-sized samples of Italian sauces and dishes served in buns and dumplings. Even the chopsticks double as forks in this fusion idea. My brother and I visited at 2:30 PM on a weekday, so it wasn't during the busy lunch hour. As a result, I can't speak to the noise level since we visited outside of typical meal times. View menu

They were out of so many items, didn't seem to care. Had their all you can eat advertised with no restrictions and then upon arriving was told it was only offered on weekdays. Staff had to leave to buy Peroni's and they were out of two of their signature drinks as well as several menu items. This was on a Saturday at 7pm. Seems like they are letting this place go and will be closing down soon. Also, this place is miniature, maybe 20 people can fit total. Feels like more of a takeout place.

The seating is a bit cramped in the restaurant and there were a few annoying gnats buzzing around from the open door. However, the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the server was attentive. The only downside was that the dessert menu was not written down, and it would have been preferable to have some descriptions on the menu. Additionally, the restaurant does not offer a wide variety of soft drinks. The bun bolonis are absolutely fantastic, especially the Nutella-filled one!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
