"The food here was quite good, but I gave just 3 stars instead of 5 due to the service. Our server was mostly absent for most of the evening. After taking our drink orders and meals, she only checked on us once at the beginning, and didn’t ask how our food was at all. She didn’t even look to see if we needed more water or anything else; our water glasses were empty throughout the meal. The dirty plates and dishes weren’t cleared until the bill was dropped. I’m not sure if there was an issue with staff, but considering this is a high-end Chinese restaurant with steep prices, the service certainly fell short of expectations, especially after the extremely long wait of nearly 2 hours to be seated."

can they say how much we ordered? yes, it is good, especially if it is from credits for playing in the wynn so much. I mean, it's one of the better chinese places around these stripes. they were busy, but the staff was nice. some dishes were a bit salty, but this kind of thing is to be expected. total 4/5 not bad

Had a lovely dinner at Red 8. I would have given it 5 stars but the waiter wasn?t so great- wouldn?t even put my beer in the glass and it seems like the food has been more ?Americanized? since my last time here 10 years ago. That being said the softshell crab was delicious as were the dumplings and hot and sour soup!

"We ordered quite a bit, and I have to say, it was good—especially since we used credits from our time playing at the Wynn. It’s definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants in this area of the Strip. Although the place was busy, the staff were friendly and accommodating. A few dishes were a tad salty, but that's to be expected. Overall, I’d give it a 4 out of 5—not bad at all!" View menu

Wow, some of the best Chinese in Las Vegas! The duck and pork are absolutely amazing. The congee with beef is just like being in Asia. The service was extremely professional. The price was a little expensive but it was worth the money due to the fact the food was just like being in China. The steamed Chicken feet were perfect and my wife could not get enough...truly authentic Chinese cuisine!

This is a fantastic spot in the Wynn. I highly recommend trying the Mongolian beef, shrimp stir-fried vegetables, shrimp fried rice, and the eggplant dishes. Everything pairs wonderfully with the hot sauce they offer. The atmosphere is perfect for dates, solo dining, or enjoying a meal with friends! Plus, it's conveniently located near the casino floor and just a few steps from the elevators to the rooms.

The food was super tasty and the portion sizes were big. We got the Mongolian beef and fried rice shrimp. Since it?s usually busy, it is best to make a reservation to avoid waiting in line. We had to wait for 30 minutes which is understandable. The menu has a very good variety of Asian cuisine and the prices are fair compared to other restaurants at the Wynn hotel. Would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for Asian cuisine. View menu

Had my first experience at Red 8 and was very impressed. First the staff was friendly and very helpful. My waiter Bryan was knowledgeable and pleasant. Finally had chicken cashew over a bed of white rice which was great. The sauce was flavorful, chicken tender and vegetables very fresh. Had a super spicy dipping sauce that was very good which mixed chill sauce and garlic. Would definitely recommend Red 8 when either staying at the Wynn or strip area. You won't be disappointed!

This place inside the Wynn has really amazing Food! We had to wait for 45 minutes but that's understandable and they were really sweet. Customer service and ambiance is great. Not my favorite but all really good! Food was amazing! We had the almond walnut shrimp (my favorite , assorted BBQ platter with duck and pork belly (AMAZING! , crab, and shrimp friend rice. The Cabernet I had was really good too I just can't remember the name. If you are at the Wynn and looking for something delicious where you can still sort of people watch. This is the place!

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
