Pizza was terrible. Didn't properly fit inside the box, cheese was running all over the place, the dough isn't good. And to top it off, a small 1-topping is $16. Extremely pricey for such bad quality. The inside is huge, with plenty of seating. This is the first pizza I have ever thrown out after 2 bites. Purely disappointed. View menu

The waitress was nice? The pasta I ordered was good Penne Pasta, which tasted like pure pasta. It said it was made with a white wine sauce and let me tell you it was definitely butter and garlic. Large pieces of fresh tomatoes? cold tomatoes. Do you write that to warn others who might think to try? Again?don?t. On one side the pizza maybe?. Maybe better?

Red Boy is the best restaurant in town. We recently picked up a pizza there and we were impressed with the service. The staff is friendly and helpful, the place is always clean, and the beers are served ice cold. The pizza crust in Marin is the best we've had, with high-quality toppings. If you haven't tried their pizza yet, you're missing out. We absolutely love this place.

We've eaten at Red Boy at least a dozen times because it's near our house and easy. The pizza and service are always hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is really good and other times is misses the mark. And I'm not sure why...we usually order the same pizza, the Red Boy Special. Maybe the quality of the ingredients changes. Tonight's was okay, but the cheese tasted weird. The employees are always friendly, but sometimes we have to wait a really long time for our order. Red Boy Pizza and Restaurant is a spot that specializes in Sourdough Pizza. The prices for their small pizzas range from $12-25, depending on the toppings you choose. They also offer other traditional Italian dishes on their menu. The prices are typical for the Marin County area in California. I enjoyed the taste of the pizza, as the sourdough flavor stood out and the combination of sauce and pepperoni had a slight spicy kick. I also ordered the side house salad, which was fresh and generous in portion. I can only imagine how the experience would have been before COVID-19. Overall, I give it a 4-star rating because it was decent and filling.

I really wanted to enjoy this pizza. I will give it another chance, but when trying a new pizza place for the first time, I prefer to start with a plain cheese slice to truly taste the sauce and crust. Unfortunately, this pizza was lacking in flavor. The sauce and cheese had no taste at all. I finished the slice hoping to find some flavor, but it was missing. The crust, however, was perfectly crispy and chewy, reminiscent of real pizza dough rather than bread. The ambiance of the Red Boy Pizzeria was lovely, with red and white tablecloths, a full bar, multiple dining rooms, a children's area, and friendly staff. Out of sheer hunger I thought I should order a Pie, and the Sourdough Crust sounded real good too! I found the Caesar a little confusing. The pizza on the other hand left nothing to the imagination. It spent about 30 minutes in transport which never bodes well for pizza. Took one bite then fired up the oven. The dough is fairly hearty and took about 15+ minutes at 375 to cook through then a quick broil (optional) to finish. This pie was hella greasy, no sponging for me, just what I was looking for!
