"Red Mango offers a wide variety of options and a good menu, but my main issue was the customer service. If you want to attract customers, you should hire staff who make guests feel welcome, but that wasn't our experience. The lady serving us was very distant, watching us silently as we tried to decide, which made us uncomfortable. The cappuccino was disappointing, though the cookies were delicious. Unfortunately, the frozen yogurt machines were out of order."

Don?t waste your money. Not a fun yogurt place. Yogurt wasn?t frozen. The selection of yogurt and toppings was seriously lacking and they put your toppings on themselves. I?ll never come here again.

The acai bowls were pretty bland and the person working looked like they hated life. It's a shame because acai bowls are hard to find in dfw for no apparent reason. Also this is part of Nestlé so would avoid for that reason alone.

I walked all the way there knowing they close at 11, but at 10:30 they were already closed early. The worst part was seeing a 3-year-old girl whose parents had promised her dessert... it’s not difficult to keep your hours updated.

Only plain yogurt available, two smoothies took about 7 minutes and were served in cups that were too large, presumably because they were out of the others. Pretty decent smoothie, but customer experience mediocre. Wish there were more yogurt flavorsespecially. View menu

I ordered the Mediterranean flatbread that was supposed to have roasted peppers, red onion, feta cheese, pesto sauce, and black olives. I specifically asked for no olives, but what I received had very little cheese and no pesto sauce at all. I won’t be coming back to this restaurant for food in the future.

Only plain yogurt was offered, and our two smoothies took around seven minutes to arrive. They were served in oversized cups, likely due to a shortage of the usual sizes. The smoothies tasted fairly good, but overall, the customer experience was average. I especially wish there were more yogurt flavor options.

I wasn't aware that Nestle had retail stores until we stumbled upon one. The temptation was too great to resist, so we went inside. I chose to try the cookies and cream brownie, and I must say it was quite delicious. However, I did think the prices were a bit steep; $5 doesn’t stretch very far here. The staff appeared to be decent—polite and somewhat friendly. View menu

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff at this restaurant. Although I hadn’t originally planned to eat here, I ended up biking downtown to The Cheesecake Factory. After a disappointing lunch experience there, I decided to give this place a try. While the buy three, get two free offer didn’t particularly appeal to me, I definitely intend to come back soon.

They have a plenty of options, good menu but my only complaint is customer service... I feel like if you want business in your shop you would hire someone who makes guest feel welcomed but that was not the case for us and the people there. Lady was verydry, looked us without saying a word waiting for us to order. Very uncomfortable. Cappuccino was NOT good. Cookies weredelicious. Froyo machines were out of order

"On my first visit, I tried the Southern Shrimp and Grits, which were simply amazing—stone-ground cheese grits topped with sautéed shrimp, enhanced by a flavorful mix of peppers and bacon. Chef Jeff and his team use fresh sirloin in their chili, and it’s absolutely delicious! The portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. The food is exceptional, and the concept behind it is truly inspiring. I now volunteer here regularly. Chef Jeff and his wife, Julie, have a mission: "Our mission is to feed, educate, and serve our community so that they may 'taste and see that the Lord is good'” (Psalm 34:8). Customers can choose to: 1) pay what they can afford, 2) pay the standard price for a similar restaurant, or 3) pay a little extra to help those who are less fortunate. This creates a beautiful and fulfilling experience. They are open for lunch from 11 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. If you’re pressed for time, I recommend making a reservation and letting the hostess know. Diners are seated using a "paced method" to ensure the volunteer staff isn’t overwhelmed, but any wait is certainly worth it! Be sure to try the pour-over coffee or refreshing lemonade, and sample small plates like bruschetta or farro salad, as well as main dishes such as the apple bacon sandwich, crispy potatoes, burgers, shrimp and grits, and chili. And don’t overlook the dessert—it’s indulgent! I can’t express enough how much I adore this place!"
