My first visit here today and I musr say the food was not great. They served a what appeared to be a small cornish hen when I orded the 1/4 dark meat chicken. The black beans were very dry as well as the tiny piece of chicken. View menu

The food was disappointing; they catered my mom's wedding, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for catering services. We weren’t even allowed to serve alcohol, despite the owner assuring us beforehand that we could. On the day of the event, however, he completely changed his stance and acted as if we had never discussed it. If you're looking for catering, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I ordered the roasted half chicken plate with Spanish rice and plantains, and everything was absolutely delicious. The customer service was excellent. It was clear that this is a family-owned restaurant, which made me happy, as the warmth and delightful aromas showed that they take pride in both their food and service. I will certainly be returning! I also tried two sauces; I liked the one with cilantro, but I adored the orange-colored sauce. I can't wait to come back and try something new!
