In this review, I want to share a disappointing incident we encountered at a local pizza restaurant, highlighting the unprofessional and racially biased service we faced. During our visit with our children, we were dismayed to be treated with a level of disrespect that was alarming. The server's indifferent demeanor and discriminatory behavior created an unmistakable atmosphere of prejudice. From the moment we arrived, it felt as if we were being treated as less than human. Our requests were ignored, and we were not even offered basic necessities like water or utensils. This neglect was even more glaring when we noticed the server engaging warmly with other customers, which only highlighted how unfortunate our experience was. When we raised our concerns with management, seeking an explanation for the treatment we received, we were told that the server was simply overwhelmed by her workload. While we understand that busy times can pose challenges, this excuse was inadequate, as it completely overlooked the discriminatory conduct that extended beyond just poor service. In summary, our experience at this pizza restaurant raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer service and, more alarmingly, the existence of discriminatory practices within their establishment.
