"This restaurant used to be fantastic, but since the pandemic, both the service and food quality have consistently declined. I keep returning in hopes of recapturing the experience I once had, but it seems mediocrity has now taken hold. The staff appears either overworked or disengaged, which leads to slow service. The waitstaff often struggle to answer questions, and the time between ordering and receiving our food is frequently lengthy. I genuinely want to support local businesses, but at this rate, it feels like this place is heading toward becoming just another average chain."

The last few times I've ordered take out from here the order has been wrong and I've waited a long time to get the order. To then get home and have it be incorrect. The lettuce on the salad was old and not fresh as well.

Extremely fatty wings with nothing but Tony's seasoning were assured to be garlic parmesan. Canned ingredients used on pizza. One item ordered was never brought out so we had to request it to be removed from the bill. High price for quality........ View menu

I visit this place all the time since it's just around the corner, and I've never been disappointed! One time, they accidentally got my order wrong, but they gave me nearly a 50% discount! In addition to their pizza, they offer lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, and bacon cheese mac. The Pesto Expresso is definitely the best!

normally love rotolos, but this time I ordered the popeye pizza and it was covered in chopped garlic. raw garlic. the dough on the pizza is raw, and my friend ordered an salat and halfway through our meal our server mentioned that they simply ran out salat to be a server throughout the restaurant, so we want to complain, but we need to wait 30 minutes only until they come back.
